Customer Ratings & Reviews

I love the extra features of the Fitbit hr charge. It's simple to use and having "friends" helps keep me motivated.

The only issue I have it the stair tracker. It shows that I have claimed stairs even when I haven't. Even though I am quite pleased with it.

I bought three Fitbits as Christmas presents for family. They loved receiving them, and have reported that that work great. Planning to purchase one for myself!

It's a good product to keep track of your day. I don't know how truly accurate the steps are but the heart rate monitor is almost exact for me.

A must for a person looking to improve their lifestyle by being more aware of their daily activities. My husband and I both have one and all my co-workers do too.

Great customer service and matched my email ad. Sales rep backed up my new phone, applied screen protector, answered all questions I had. Very patient and helpful.

I have the original Fitbit and wanted the HR feature for working out and timing excerises with my HR to stay in the zone. Every time my skin was sweating it was blank on the HR screen. I bought a sweat band to wear above the Fitbit on my arm to help with the moisture issue and it still didn't work. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to the tech from Fitbit. I would pass on this item. I returned mine and am now looking for another.

It is a perfect gift tograb last minute without making it seem like you didn't put in much thought. I git this for my in-law and he lived it

This product is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The display is crystal clear and big enough to easily read, yet small enough that it isn't obnoxious.

My fitbit was great present my husband got me but after only using it 6 months it fell apart. I give it a 2 because while it was working it worked just fine but I should get more than 6 months out of it. And the watch we got to replace was no good. I haven't been able to use the watch in a year. But I still exercise with my family.

This is exactly what i was looking for to track steps & heart rate. easy to use.

having my fit bit helps me keep track of things. From my water intake to my calories. I needed something to help me stay on the right track and this is perfect!!!

This is a great tool to start your workout regimen. This tool will allow you to truly think about how much exercise you do on a daily basis.

I love my Fitbit especially the fact that it tracks your sleep and heart rate!

I love that man if you have any problems you can always contact their customer service number they are always happy to help making it easy to use

At first unable to figure out the operation and am still tripping over screens which provide additional interesting measures & information

Good option for all the other expensive watches. That is, if you don't want or need all the other apps, etc... You can get with the watches.

Bought the black FitBit Charge HR for our son for Christmas. He has really enjoyed keeping track of his fitness goals. A fun gift to give.

Easy to use very accurate wish the band was a different material

This is a nice fitbit. Thought it was going to feel bigger on the wrist but it doesn't. Measure more than expected which is an added bonus
