I had the flex, but it is poorly made. I really like the design of charge HR. It's feels like I'm wearing a watch. Being able to monitor my heart rate as I'm walking is a plus.

The buckle is the main selling point here. Makes you have it adjusted precisely the way you will like to have it.

This was a replacement for my fitbit charge hr that I purchased in 2015. To be fair, I wear my fitbit every day, all day long. It gets wet, I hit it on things and I just generally abuse the device. The first one just kicked the bucket because of over use. I bought this one to replace the original. I feel nekkid without it. It's a good activity tracker and I will buy another one if this one dies.

I like the tracker, however, it is not always accurate. I also have a tracker app on my phone and there are times when one has more steps than the other even when ensuring I have not left my phone sitting elsewhere. I do wish it gave you a little more notice when the battery is low and that it would last longer. I like having the heart rate and the sleep tracker too.

HR tracker is great, haven't had any problems with anything. Companion app can measure calories in/out, HR, weight, workouts including runs like other popular running apps.

Bought this for my dad for Father's Day and he loves it. My only complaint is that you can't change the bands, so you have to replace the whole thing if one part is damaged.

Got this as a gift for !y daughter and she loves it. It has really nice features and once you get all set up I believe it motivates you to be more active. Nice product.

Don't expect it to stay really clean without effort. Mine does not look awesome now, but it holding up very well to heat, cold, working on cars, playing with fire, etc.

I love that i can review my day on my phone. Sleep hours, HR and steps at my fingertips.

It has worked great but after only 1 month I started having trouble with the stair count. It would randomly add 25 - 30 stairs and I haven't moved.

First, it is not fair that you have to pick one star, this product deserves ZERO stars. I just got through replacing my second Charge HR since I first bought one in September of 2015. 8 months and I am on my THIRD Charge HR. 4 months or less into each one they will start falling a part. Google Charge HR bubble defect, I am one of very many that this has happened to and when i asked Fitbit to refund my money they make excuses as to why they can't. Save your money and time and go with anything else but Fitbit!!!!!

Absolutely love this product! It truly does push you to meet your walking goals. The FitBit challenges are extremely motivating.

Fitbit is just what I needed to take control of my health. It's user friendly, the app has a lot of useful tools and being able to support friends and family is fantastic.

I love it. I can easily check my heart rate. It keeps track of steps as well as stirs.

I bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. Helps to be a constant reminder to get up and move. And she likes competing against her friends.

This product is as good as it's hyped up to be. It's absolutely great for my mom and mother in-law. Doesn't require a lot of assistance in setting up.

This tracker gives you a lot of good information. I especially like the pluse reading and calories burned. It makes me want to excersize. The app and dashboard are good.

Finally decided to get my health back on track and this has been nothing but a boost to help with that. Money well spent.
