What a great way to start our exercise program together. You have to have a smart phone to take full advantage of reviewing your data on the FitBit app. Awesome tool!

works as it should needs better directions takes a day or two to figure out all the functions. Best Buy offers good support. will answer and show you how to use it.

I like this product as it doing what is supposed to do. The only thing I don't really like is display protection which can be easily scratched.

I purchased this as a gift for my "older" parents. Unfortunately, they found them to be to complicated to use since they are savvy with computers and technology. Feeling overwhelmed when talking with Geek Squad, they decided at the end to just to return them since unopened. If buying as a gift, just make sure the recipient is comfortable with technology. If buying for me, I would recommend as this is an awesome device for those who can use it.

I purchased this on a sale and it's pretty nice. I wanted something to primarily track my activity while at school, walking and what not, and it does just that. I don't participate in the online stuff that fitbit has created but plan to get more involved down the line. Overall happy with the purchase - simple and battery lasts, as long as you don't have the heart rate monitor on the whole time.

Fitbit is a complete tool. All of your tracking needs are available to you in one location. It also provides you information you couldn't easily calculate on your own.

Gave this to my wife to track fitness progress for her work related insurance and she will not go anywhere without it - it is light and non-assuming - works to a T!

Have owned it now for a couple months. It's worked well. I use mostly for running and tracking my exercise/run, and heart rate. The fitbit dashboard has a lot of info available as well. (I use with an Android - Galaxy 6 Edgeh.) It was on sale when i purchased because it was just before the redesigned model came out. Feature-wise and performance-wise i am happy with it and would recommend.

Samsung HD TV has a great picture at a great price. I had the Geek Squad calibrate the picture and I get compliments from friends and family on the picture quality.

Works great! Really like connection to iPhone. Can leave my phone in silent without missing a call thanks to Fitbit. Now what to do with my real nice Citizen watch?

Works great, looks great, absolutely worth the money. The step goal has definitely helped encourage more activity in a day, and the sleep data is interesting as well.

This FitBit is a huge improvement over previous models. Combined with the app's ability to support multiple FitBit's on a single account it has been a great purchase.

The Fitbit Charge HR is great. Monior you steps, heart rate and sleep pattern.

The product itself is great, but it did stop holding a charge after about 6 months. Luckily we purchased the warranty and we were able to replace it without any issues. We simply purchased a new warranty to extend the life of it another year. The Fitbit works well, but sometimes the heart rate light can be distracting at night if you are a light sleeper

I like the features of the Fitbit Charge HR - unfortunately mine broke because I "sweated on it" I thought these were waterproof, not resistant. I think fitbit is a good innovative company. I just don't think they have worked out the bugs on this product. They are sending me a new one. But every product I have bought it seems they need to send me a second one.

I bought my husband the Fitbit Charge HR as he has liked the tiny Zip Bit, but found that it was limited and also regularly worked its way off his belt and gone. He has really been intrigued with the variety of reports offered on the HR, especially the all new look at his sleep patterns. Clearly, he was having too much fun, so I got me one, too.

I love the tracker and the app, I purchased this particular model because I wanted the heart rate tracker. It is missing a few of the nice features of the newer Alta that my wife purchased at the same time (Text Message Relay, Chatter) even though those are available in the app. I hope they update this form-factor device to include those software features.
