The only issue I have it the stair tracker. It shows that I have claimed stairs even when I haven't. Even though I am quite pleased with it.

I bought three Fitbits as Christmas presents for family. They loved receiving them, and have reported that that work great. Planning to purchase one for myself!

This product performs fairly well. It's a bit too sensitive sometimes tracking a steps. I've calculated about a 10% to 12% of miscounted steps during the day. It also counts steps while you sleep and sometimes counts flights of stairs at random. Another thing I wish it could do is give you the chance to customize the HR zones. It has set zones and gives you the opportunity to customize but not completely. It is still a fairly good product.

Keeps track to keep me on track! The sleep monitor doesn't seem accurate but love tracking food and exercise. My resting HP has dropped 5 beats . Getting healthier.

I love my Fitbit especially the fact that it tracks your sleep and heart rate!

It's a good product to keep track of your day. I don't know how truly accurate the steps are but the heart rate monitor is almost exact for me.

I have no complaints about my FitBit - I bought this to track steps and such for work reasons and have not been disappointed. It will track your steps, calories, heart rate, sleep, and a few other things and when you sync it with the app (either on a smartphone, tablet, or even a computer) it will send a nice organized weekly report right to your e-mail of how you did during the week.

At first unable to figure out the operation and am still tripping over screens which provide additional interesting measures & information

This product is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day. The display is crystal clear and big enough to easily read, yet small enough that it isn't obnoxious.

I have the original Fitbit and wanted the HR feature for working out and timing excerises with my HR to stay in the zone. Every time my skin was sweating it was blank on the HR screen. I bought a sweat band to wear above the Fitbit on my arm to help with the moisture issue and it still didn't work. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to the tech from Fitbit. I would pass on this item. I returned mine and am now looking for another.

This is a nice fitbit. Thought it was going to feel bigger on the wrist but it doesn't. Measure more than expected which is an added bonus

Good option for all the other expensive watches. That is, if you don't want or need all the other apps, etc... You can get with the watches.
