    Great Fitness Tool

I purchased one of these because our new health plan portal links to the FitBit platform. I wish I would have gotten one sooner. I have been active over the past year, getting back into shape, and this is a great tool for motivation - especially if you don't have a workout partner. Setup is easy, it works well, and syncs to both my PC and iPhone. Having the heatrate montor is worth the price alone.

    great fitness tracker

The fitbit charge hr does what it says it does...tracks activity, sleep, and heartrate. It also allows for corrections and additions (such as additional exercises, sleep, etc.). The app is a great addition that I have come to rely on to track my activity. It is nice to go back and see what you have done over time. Several issues bring it down a star though, including the high price ($150 seems a bit much for what you get) and the hr monitor does not always track consistently or accurately. You have to interpret the readings casually, particularly when exercising, as lots of movement for any purpose other than walking throws it off. Overall though, Fitbit is definitely a useful fitness tool.

    LOVE IT!!!

I LOVE IT!!! I always knew I had issues sleeping, but not this bad. I also love the caller ID feature. The only "issue" I had was the sizing. I'd like to think I have small wrists, but the small did not fit, had to get a large.

    Records great data

The Charge HR records everything I could need to keep track of my health stats. The heart rate monitor is decent I think I've only had an issue once or twice in the 5 months I've had it where it couldn't read my heart rate during my work out. The one annoying thing is that if you let the battery die completely it is a pain to turn it back on. I usually have to recharge it for about an hour and to get it to turn on it has to still be plugged in to the usb. Any time I have tried to turn it back on after removing it from the charger it just won't turn on. Also sometimes you have to keep the button held down for a good 30-45 seconds before it comes back on. I recommend the Charge HR but I also recommend you keep it charged so you don't have to go through the hassle of turning it back on.

    Excellent product

I really like the product. I tried the Fitbit Surge watch first but it was too bulky. I find that it does motivate me to do more walks and cardio exercise. I love the heart rate monitor. I have compared it to the heart rate monitor on the treadmill at the gym and the two reading are usually within 2-3 beats. My wife also is really enjoying her Fitbit Charge HR. We do daily walks together now.

I've really enjoyed having this Fitbit model for the 6months that I have had it. It is sleek on the wrist. My favorite feature is the caller id. If my hands are full or I'm in a meeting I can quickly and discretely decide if I need to take the call or not just by checking the wrist. Great product but I would wait for price to go down form original.

Debated getting a Fitbit Charge for a while but when they came out with a pink Charge HR I knew I needed to get it. It definitely makes you more conscious of your activity level, eating habits, and sleep patterns. I love having it and it makes me want to be more active to hit my goals. It seems to be very accurate. Just wish it was MRI safe so I didn't have to take it on and off all day at work. An elastic band would be amazing for that reason! I do think Fitbits are big and ugly but I enjoy having it. I clean it regularly but the rubber makes my arm smell funny sometimes. It also has my skin peeling underneath sometimes. Plus you get a weird tan line. Overall it's a great product though. Just wish it had an elastic band.

I found this product easy to use to track my exercise and eating habits. The app was straight forward and easy to use. I had to call tech support once and they were very helpful and had the problem resolved within a matter of minutes. I will continue to use this product for years to come.

Its nice to be able to see how active you are and helps motivate yourself when you get friends on them and can do weekly competitions against them. We have had issues with them like quit charging, quit reading heart rate, and not syncing with iPhone but what I can say it within a week of reporting issues to Fitbit they replaced it. Very fast response from them.

I really enjoy the HR as it tracks steps, stairs, and heartrate. I only wish it could be worn in the pool as I am not able to track my fitness levels in the pool for heartrate on this aerobic activity.

I decided to use Fitbit to get, well, fit. I decided on the Charge HR based on reviews and a great feature list. Sure enough, out of the box, everything was a dream. It would stay dreamy for a couple more months but once the honeymoon was over, it went downhill fast. It started with the band coming loose from the display. Now the band is hanging by the last bit of glue. Also, a bubble has formed below the screen. I was able to forgive that. I hike some pretty tough trails and breaking kit isn't unknown to me. After an update from Fitbit, a truly grievous sin was committed. I noticed that the watch on my Charge HR was off. I go in to the app to force a sync and it will not sync. I checked with Fitbit and took their advice to no avail. My Charge HR will not sync with my phone or computer at all. Not even the clock was right, so just as a watch is out of the question. Phooey on my Charge HR and Fitbit. If they can get it syncing again I might change my mind. Until that time, save your money and go with one of the lower Fitbits or steer clear of Fitbit altogether. As I am an avid outdoorsman, I think Garmin may be getting some of my money soon.

Good for things other than calorie tracking

I bought this for my mom who is an amputee. Naturally having her do step goals isnt the best thing ever. But it is good for tracking her daily calorie in calorie out data so she can make smarter diet decisions. Shes also narcoleptic and it tracks sleep which has been awesome for when she goes to her sleep doctor.

I bought the FitBit HR in best buy a week back. I liked it immediately after i setup and use it. I'm not a fitness bee, but it makes me to do activities now. It's very encouraging and now am seriously following the counters and progressing towards the goal. Overall it's a very good item! Worth buying it.

Pretty good product. Only problems I have had are that you have to tap the device pretty hard to get the display to read and the battery life is pretty short. Others have had several problems with the device failing to charge after only a couple times and have had to return the device more than once.

Survived moving a house and it takes some major daily abuse. If I had one bad thing to say it would be if my battery dies I seem to loose my statical history. With the exception for my one qualm I'm very pleased.... I would and have recommended this to friends..

After going through two of the up24 in 5 months, and tired of waiting for the up3, I chose to switch trackers, couldn't be happier, fitbit is miles ahead in the firmware, and interface, the app leaves a bit to be desired, but that's not the important part, love seeing active heart rate monitors so you know when to push a little harder

This is wonderful product, the step count seems extremely accurate, and the wristband is very secure. I also love the heart rate option so that I can see exactly what my heart rate is while exercising. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an accurate activity tracker that has a secure wrist band.

Works wonderfully and I absolutely love it! I've lost 20 pounds in 7 weeks since buying it. Love the app, love the community, love the challenges. It's worth every penny. If something happened to it I would freak out and have to replace it immediately. What a difference it has helped me make in my health!!!
