Great little product

It helps you keep track of where you are today, how far you've come , the intake of food or water and your heart rate to boot. I am recovering from cancer for the 2nd time, so it's great to see each day or week how much I progress in returning to an active life. I love the exercise monitoring feature! I especially like the fireworks when I hit my daily goal!

Syncing tracker

Much frustration trying to trouble shoot through fitbit website. Where are real people when you need help? Also can't find how to change time, it is one hour ahead of real time.

I don't think the assessment of the battery life is accurate. I found online the HR suggests it has a five day battery life. It is really more like three. However, it is easy to sync, read and use.
