Only complaint is no instructions in the box. They rely on intuitive computer knowledge in order to get started.

clock stopped and i cant figure out how to reset was not easy to set up for someone who can not navigate tech

I got this for a good friend of mine and he loved it. I just wish they kept more colors in stock and sizes so I could get one for me.

I purchased the Fitbit Hr for a gift for my spouse and I like it so much I will be purchasing one for myself.

UPDATES COULD USE IMPROVING. DOES NOT UPDATE SOME TIMES. I HAVE TO TURN MY PHONE OFF AND ON TO GET IT TO UPDATE

I chose the Charge HR for the heart rate monitoring and also because I read and talked to people who said it was comfortable to wear, even to sleep with. I does what it says it does in regards to tracking activity and heart rate but the difference for me was the low profile and comfortable feel since I wanted to wear it all the time.

Bought them for the whole family. We are now challenging each other to do more exercise. Would definitely recommend for purchase

Honestly...I have to say my favorite feature is the alarm. It gently vibrates and wakes me up (just me...not the entire house, lol!)

I purchased this product after thoroughly reviewing it online. Is very easy to use when synced with your phone. Keeps you motivated to stay active through the day and week. I would definitely recommend this to someone interested in a fit bit product , as opposed to other items that don't have the digital readout on the bracelet.

Among all brands, this is probably the best looking and functioning one. The dark blue color looks the best. Like it very much.

I luv this fitbit hr would have given it 5 stars but it sometimes doesent get all your flights of stares correct

Works, great and has a great battery life. Only drawback is the companion app which can be a little glitchy.

Great way to track your daily exercise workout. So glad it sums up your totals by the week. Would not work out without it now.
