Had fitbit hr a short time and already having problems with it keeping the proper time and date. Now having problems with it not taking a charge. Heard after purchase that others had problems too. Feel like i wasted my money

My only complaint is that this picks up excessive arm movements and counts that as steps. Otherwise I'm happy with it.

Needs a longer battery life, needs to calculate workouts better.

Works very well and the app is great to use. The company is great and stands behind their product.

My first fitbit I purchased did not keep a charge for more then a day. But after exchanging it I can wear mine up to three days before needing to recharge. I enjoy having the step counter it keeps me moving to get my 10,000 steps in. The heart rate it keeps is a nice feature as well.

Originally purchase was to help myself get healthier. With the ability to compete through the app for the product with friends that have a fit. Let's just say the competition was a GREAT motivator! I would definitely recommend anyone to buy one!

I loved it for the first couple of days and then I developed a rash on my arm under the band. It went away after I quit wearing it. so I tried it again and the rash came back. I just cant wear it. On the upside, it does everything it claims and worked great! I just cant wear mine.

Bought this for my husband, as he had been wanting one for a while. Glad I went with the HR. He loves it! Great product!

I like this a lot, It small and not cumbersome, you hardly know it on your wrist

Great device to help you keep track of your health. Very easy to set up and access on your computer and smart phone.

All of my family has these and we challenge each other daily. This is the 2nd one that I have purchased. I upgraded.

It was a Christmas gift for my in laws. They were super excited to receive them and said very easy to set up and use

i find i dont use the heartrate monitor. works good but not necessary. sleeptracker and step counter are really good.

I don't ever climb steps yet everyday it shows I climb anywhere from 3 to 10 flights a day. Sleep is not accurate. I got up and went to the bathroom and yet it said i was never awake. This happens probaby 30% of the time. I find the app is difficult to navigate. I prefer my Jawbone Up. When it's time to get a new one again I will go back to a Jawbone.

Very reliable and does what it states. I use it to stay competitive with my friends, which helps us reach our goals.

Happy so far. I wear it on my non dominant hand, I love that I'm more mindful about my calorie intake

So glad that I purchased my fit bit, I love it! It even sends you alerts when u achieve milestones!

I was given the original fitbit a few years ago by a friend, never thought I would use it but now that I have I can't imagine not having it. I upgraded to the fitbit charge hr when it came out and I love it. I mainly use it to track my sleep but everything about it is great to track my health and well being.

Needed a good heart rate monitor due to a heart condition. Fitbit has done a great job under a variety of conditions.

The Fitbit Charge HR is a durable device that accomplishes its functions well.
