Too big

I had two problems with it. It's not water proof so you can't shower with it. Second, it's too big. It's as big as a large watch and gets caught on the sheets or pillow when you wear it to bed.

Based on the way these are manufactured, the only resolution is to request a new one from Fitbit if it is still under warranty.
