    Compared heart rate to chest monitor and exercise equipment and the fitbit was off by 5-10%. The stairs calculator noted 4 floors after 30 minutes on stair stepper exercise machine. The machine calculated 28 floors. Distance calculator is off by about 5% compared to a GPS unit. Overall the numbers do not appear to be accurate readings.
