    Device stopped working after minimal use (less than a year and did not start using until 3 months ago). This is the third separate fitbit device that I purchased that stopped working. Three strikes and I am done.

    I had two problems with my unit. It started coming apart and was replaced. Later it stopped charging. I had an extended warranty which was great. I returned the item for full refund after the second issue.

    I gave up on this model Fitbit. Returned 5 in a couple weeks span. Product wouldn't sync and other issues. Purchased the skinny new model Fitbit released in March 2016 and I love it. Stylish and accurate.
