I'm obsessed with the Fitbit. I had a UP24 band for about a year & half. It was OK. I love the Fitbit because it tracks your heart rate. If you're exercising and your phone rings, the caller id will pop up on your Fitbit. There's only one down side. The battery only last for approx. 5 days. But I can live with it because the rest of the features are awesome.

I have gone through alot of smartwatches this year and settled on the Charge HR. This is my 2nd one as the first one stopped syncing with any of my computers or phone after a month. One big issue is it would get confused when multiple fitbits are around. This replacement one I got has a messed up face, but I havent addressed it yet as its cosmetic... Losing faith in fitbits quality, but I like the idea. I may trade in for preorder for the Blaze as my wife is also having issues with her Charge HR keeping time and syncing. just not a solid product. also my battery life on this one is about 2-3 days where the previous one was about 4-5days, not 5-7 like advertised. I like the motivation of getting together to exercise and I may be stuck with fitbit brand as most of my family and friends got one this Christmas. With better quality and software fixes this is a solid.

It is easily ruined and is also not very accurate. The best thing I can say about it is that the Fitbit company provides quality customer service.

I've tried 2 different fit bits and neither one of them worked properly I So I return them both and bought a Samsung S3 classic

Highly disapointed with this product. How can a wrist band tell how many steps you've taken? It looks nice but so does the money in your pocket.

After numerous chat sessions with customer service, Fitbit has now admitted that they have syncing issues with their Charge HR. Product did work fine for a while, but now is not functional and will not maintain a sync status with my IPhone 6S so I have stopped wearing completely. Visit their website at http://fitbit.link/1TGCzpk. Watch was comfortable, heartrate worked most of the time but syncing issue is unacceptable. Online chat representatives were unwilling to offer hardware solutions, they would only offer troubleshooting options which have not fixed the problem. Situation has been shifted to email based customer service team at this point. They are asking for a third confirmation of the issue and troubleshooting exercise. After this is complete, they may consider hardware replacement. Not a great experience and certainly more hassle then I was looking for with this product. I would not recommend this product.

I have been using fitbit for a little over a year now. I have the One. It was awesome. Kept with my steps and the flights of stairs calories etc. But I recently move i no longer have stairs. I am also injured from my job so i dont work out as hard. I need something to show my heart rate not just the smaller amount of steps i was getting due to a back injury. The charge does just that. I work out with my weights, les mills combat, or take a brisk walk. And its right on point. I only gave it 4 stars bc i wore it to my job and it waayyyy over counted steps. I use my hands a lot. And if you don't get a screen protector asap you will scuff it badly which sucks. I suggest cutting a old cellphone screen protector or searching one on ebay like i did. But its a tad late for me.

I previously owned a Jawbone UP and a Wahoo bluetooth chest strap heart rate monitor for a year. I wanted an all in one activity tracker with heart rate monitor and watch. I also wanted something very minimal in appearance. The Fit Bit HR is a grand slam. When compared to my previous tracker and hr monitor the fit bit outshines it in every way possible. The tracking is very accurate for steps and HR. I did a side by side comparison of both. The fit bit also syncs wirelesly to your phone or (home computer with micro usb wireless adapter). The app that fit bit uses is very easy to use and tracks your food, sleep, hr, steps walked, stairs climbed, active calories, water consumed. The display on the fit bit is great too as all information displays with a touch of a button.

I bought this one because I could monitor my heart rate and the cheaper products could not. I have an issue with the Fitbit's ability to track my exercise on stationery bike. Nothing shows up. Also, it runs down in three to four days. It only ran for five days the first couple of times. I have yet to find out how to add in more exercises to the app or just add my total calories for the day. But I have lost weight since owning the Fitbit. And I love the feature that track how I sleep each night. I see more and more people with one now that I own too. Awesome!

I loved it, but it counted to many steps when I constantly moved my arms at work! My fit bit force it not made anymore. I hope the clasp is made better so clasp stays together after a year. I Love the size, the use of a watch, and fun motivation!

I bought this band for my wife and she loves it! The band tracks all day activities, steps, stairs and heart rate (the HR designation and difference between the Charge and the Charge HR). The band also has a silent vibrating alarm that can be set through the computer or via a phone or tablet. The Charge HR also allows you to receive call notifications with caller ID. This feature works flawlessly on iPhone but lags on Android. If all you are looking for is the above I would highly recommend, however if you are looking for more check out the Fitbit Surge!

It does not register the stairs. and the date is messed up and I can't seem to be able to fix it.

Very disappointed. I would not buy this one. I went to the Best Buy store and returned it.

I had my Fitbit for about a week, it doesn't turn on at all and yes I tried the charger.

Had to return it to upgrade to the Fitbit Charge 2. It quit charging after a week.

Didn't track worth beans. Let fitbit know and they are sending me a replacement.

Did not meet expectations. Started having problems with watch and calory counter

I've been working out but my gym's equipment wasn't telling me how many calories I was burning accurately. So my sister bought me this Fitbit through Best Buy and I picked it up at my local BB. I LOVE IT! It's amazing. It tells me how many calories I've burned and it keeps me motivated to walk more and get more steps in a day. The HR monitor in it also helps me because I can see how much my HIIT is helping. Since getting the fitbit about 2 weeks ago, I'm down 9 lbs. Another great aspect of it is that I don't have to wear anything around my chest or waist for my heart rate. The fitbit just takes the heart rate directly from my wrist.

When it comes to Accuracy in Step count and tracking, i would call fitbit as Mr. Perfect. This beats all other activity trackers in the market. Definitely the best in the market.
