Do Not Waste Your Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased my fitbit at the end of 2015 and after a few months the band began to fall off. I contacted the fitbit support in August of 2016 when the band had almost completely fallen off to see if I could get a replacement band to fix it but was told they do not sell bands but they would send me a new fitbit charge hr instead. Now this replacement is no longer charging and cannot be powered on just 4 months later. I once again contacted the support, but this time they could not fix the problem and the best they could offer was a 25% discount. Do not waste your money on this product unless you are expecting it to fail within a year.
