Doesn't Sync with Galaxy5
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like the Charge HR, works well, accurate with step counts, but the only reliable way to sync is with your computer (if you have one). Mine synced for a while with my phone, then stopped syncing. So far have had no luck getting it working with Fitbit customer support.

Tracks OK, but difficult to operate/sync
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Seems reliable and good construction, and battery life is good, but the modes are non-intuitive, the button to switch modes is clumsy, and syncing to an iPhone is tricky (takes several attempts; you get best results holding the tracker right up against the phone)

Poor straps that fall apart
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was delighted to start weight loss journey and when I received it as a birthday gift, it was perfect. However it was less than a year the strap started to separate. I did want the strap to completely separated so I stopped using it. When I finally got around to contact the company, the one year guarantee lapse. I tried to explain that I used it less than a year but would not move to replace it. Especially since the explained to me that they found that it happened with that model and that I should purchase the Flex 2 with the detachable straps. Do not buy this model or product.

No Warranty Offered by Fitbit
