So far, my Fitbit Charge HR is holding up very well and continues to motivate me to move a bit more each day. After purchasing my Fitbit Charge HR, two other members of my family decided to get one based on my positive experience. The mobile app is very well designed and the online experience is also good. Viewing the data this tracker collects is fun, and very motivating!

Been using his for a week now. Managed with my iphone 6 ok. Had to return the first one, as it wouldn't connect to my phone. Second one has been working great. Wearing all the time now, great for monitoring all sorts of activities. Interesting to see how it tracks activity like riding quads, playing tennis, sleeping, activities other than typically walking, running etc. Great price at Best Buy before Xmas.

Sleek, lightweight, and trendy. I feel like I'm in an exclusive club of fitness with the app and seeing the progress of my friends. The sleep monitoring system is amazing and spot on! Heart rate reader works like a charm. Battery life is pretty good as well. 4-6 days on a charge. When I'm at work, I get notified when I have an incoming call and I don't seem rude "checking" the time rather than staring at my phone.

Works reasonable well, heart rate works better with the unit up the wrist a bit. App for iPhone is OK but would be better if the heart rate section could be separated with bigger numbers for workout purposes. The double tap to see the display does not work consistently and you cannot read the display in bright sunlight but it is not meant to be a watch. Overall it works.

This is my first foray in to the world of activity trackers and, for the few days I've had it on, I have to say I'm liking it. I like the sleep monitor feature and definitely have found myself turning right to the stairs instead of left to the elevator while in the office. I'm sure I'll explore all the other things it measures and can do as time goes on, so my experiences with it are bound to get better.

I had the Fitbit Flex previously and loved the size. Not too big , not too small. I don't wear a watch so this is perfect. The Charge is about another 1/4 the size of the Flex and is more like a watch. The features are great, but I wish that you could change the band like the Flex, was the size of the Flex, but had the features of the Charge. For me, that'd be PERFECT!

I was torn between this and the higher end Fitbit model. I opted for the Charge HR as this had the features I wanted without all the bells and whistles. I have had the HR monitor checked against the Red Cross and the onsite company Dr. at where I work and found it to be within 5 points of being accurate. This is not meant to be a medical device but I wanted to check the accuracy for when I work out.

    Useful Tracker

Bought the tracker primarily to track my sleep. Although far from perfect, it provides me with the information I was looking for. The Fitbit app is good, although I haven't compared it other tracking applications. The bonus is that it vibrates and shows caller ID when I get a cell phone call which is very useful as I have my phone on vibrate at work and it is easy to miss calls. The HR 2 also works this way for text messages, but not the HR. I did have a problem with the band coming loose next to the display. Fitbit provided me with a replacement, which I've had for a number of months, and I have not had a repeat of the issue. I use the tracker during tennis and other activity and I need to use an eraser on the charging contacts periodically which I suspect is a result of my sweat.

I got one for myself and my husband and we both love them. I had back surgery in the summer and the doc told me the best thing I could do for my back was walk. I'm also overweight and hadn't gotten much exercise so this was a challenge for me. The Fitbit Charge HR has helped me be aware and want to walk, list my food and challenge myself. It also helps me track my sleep apnea. A great tool for living.

The Fitbit Charge HR is a great tool to help you reach your fitness goals. The heart rate monitor helps get a more accurate reading of your expenditure during workouts. If you religiously and accurately record your intake, you can learn where you're stumbling in your diet and correct it. the distance isn't the most accurate, but if you want that, get a Surge.

So far this has been a good purchase. Had to turn up the sensitivity on the sleep tracking and now I think it picks up too much. Also, sometimes the HR monitor stops displaying data, though that is usually when the monitor slips down on my wrist. HR has been very accurate, verified in dr offices and on gym machines. Overall it works pretty well to drive fitness goals.
