I was initially very please with the product. I had read reviews that said that it was inaccurate, etc. I measured my steps without moving my arms and found it to be accurate. At the gym, the heart rate was pretty much the same as the sensors on the elliptical measured. The charge is supposed to last between 5-7 days. The first week it did. I purchased the Charge HR on 6/25/2015. The time between when it needs to be charged has gradually decreased. I charged it fully on Tuesday. It's now Friday 7/24 and my battery was about dead. I know Best Buy has a 15 day return policy so I called the 800 number to explain the situation and ask if it could be returned only to be told that I would need to contact the manufacturer. I'm not happy that I can't return a faulty product to the store for a refund. BTW I call about 3 days ago. I will contact the manufacturer which will be much more of a hassle and time consuming than just returning it to the store. I don't think I will make any more purchases from Best Buy for this reason.

I bought this product as a gift for my nephew. He just loved it. It accurately tracks your steps, sleep, heart rate etc and very useful in your daily life especially while you are tracking your fitness.

This was an unsolicited gift, but I am enjoying it. Comfortable to wear. It's hard to hit the 10k step goal when I work a desk job, but it's good motivation to park farther away and move around more. My favorite is the all day heart rate monitor, sleep and active minute tracking. The heart rate monitor is a little finicky when at the gym and doesn't track well during high intensity exercise which is a little disappointment because it won't always show my peak heart rate.

This is a really great tracker, whether your tracking steps, heart rate, or sleep patterns. The display that shows the date and time is also pretty handy

By far, my best purchase yet the last few years! I cannot get enough of this product. I needed a heart rate monitor due to my rate getting too high when I run. This helps me keep track of it and slow down when needed. Also, it stores information for a few days so I don't have to sync it every single day if I don't have the time. I knew I wasn't sleeping well at night, and the Fitbit Charge helps me track my sleeping habits and helps me understand better my habits so I can get more rest. Nothing but awesome rating for this. TOTALLY satisfied with this purchase!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I really love it. I had trouble getting used to wearing it all the time, but I did. I know with the sleep monitor, it isn't perfect like going to the doctor, but I think it gives you a good idea. The device gives you a good idea of heart rate. Being fat, I think it makes me more aware that I need to get my regular HR down which means losing weight. The device is good to help keep track. I don't expect it to be perfect, it isn't for professional use. I DO wish I could keep it on in water. I also wish that I could judge the battery amount from the device instead of checking it on my phone.

This is my first activity tracker. It was a toss up between the Garmin VivoSmart, Fitbit Charge HR, or the Apple Watch. The Fitbit beat out the other ones because I didn't want to have to deal with all the notifications always buzzing on my wrist. It is great for tracking your heart rate, which the VivoSamrt doesn't do. The AppleWatch would've been nice, but I never buy first generation products. The Fitbit Charge HR is the best choice for someone that is truly looking to monitor their exercise/workouts.

Great device! It can determine what workout you are doing (running, elliptical, etc.) without you entering a thing. I'm a pretty active user, and mine lasts about 3.5-4 days between charges, unlike the 5 days the package says. Quickly recharges though so no complaints. Also tracks sleep accurately. Syncs with my fitness program requires by work effortlessly, Virgin Pulse. Highly recommend!

I find my Fitbit to be very motivational. It allows me to track my steps, stairs and sleep. I aim to reach my step goal everyday. It's easy to use that even my 77year old mother bought one.

I like my Fitbit, but I have a very tiny wrist and even with a size small, the Fitbit Charge HR looks big on my wrist. I wish it fit better and I wish that it held its charge longer. It says it should hold its charge for at least 5 days. I find mine needs charged about every 3 days. But overall, I think it is a good product and keeps track of my activity level and tracks my sleep, which I like.

This is my first activity tracker and I researched thoroughly before choosing. I like the fact that it has a heart monitor and a watch. The heart rate monitor seems to work well. I don't think the footstep tracker is all that accurate but it's within a reasonable margin of error and it does get you to move and want to get that number up. I also like the sleep tracking. I can now see how often I wake up and connect diet and activity to my sleep pattern. So far, one month into it, all's good.

Very accurate, easy to read & keeps me motivated! My original fit bit was the slim version and I had to sync it in order to read it. I thought at first the HR would be hard to read without my glasses but I was wrong. I can read everything fine and I actually use the watch more than my normal watch.

Great product for keeping track of steps and heart rate! My trainer loves it because I only need to push a button to know my heart rate after an activity! If you're going to invest in a FitBit, I highly recommend buying the Charge for this reason. I wish there were a version that you didn't need to take off to charge! It's also a great conversation starter when you see someone you don't know wearing one! The last one I had, she told me she and her neighbor were in competition to see how many steps they could walk each day!

After my wife had a heart attack and is now in cardiac rehab this item has given her incentive to keep on the move and we both like the dashboard for pc and tablets. Also I like the weekly reports and the many graphs. The doctor is pleased that this product keeps his pt. always thinking about being active and healthy. allows input for your workout and diet, sleep and progress all in a neat package

I've been using this for about a month and so far I have not been disappointed. It was very easy to setup and primarily sync with my iPhone rather than my computer via the dongle. The sensitivity of the sleep patterns seems a bit high for the sensitive setting but for normal it seems to be pretty accurate. To be more accurate with the steps I would measure your own stride rather than using the defaults based on your height. It fits just like a wrist-watch and isn't uncomfortable both during the day and in bed overnight.

I got this for my wife for Christmas. She had talked about a step counter for awhile, so I had started looking into fitness trackers for her. Fitbit had a lot of good reviews about its simple to use functions, and it's online statistics dashboard. Having heart rate monitoring seemed like a nice addition, so I went with the Charge HR model. Overall, she has liked it. It is simple to use. Has one button access to all of your statistics at the moment. Once you sync it online (which can be a little wonky sometimes), you have great access to your statistics over time. Additionally, you can access your information on your computer, or tablet and phone. We use iOS devices, and it works great on them. She liked hers enough that she got me one for my birthday about a month later. The only problems my wife has with it seem to be its asthetics and the rubber exterior. We both agree that if you were only wearing it to work out, it would be fine in these areas. However, if you are wearing it as a daily activity tracker, which we assume most people are, then it simply doesn't look that good, and the rubber simply isn't that nice. Also, we both find that the sharp corner edges catch on silkier clothing linings when putting your arm through the sleeves. These issues are magnified as we both work in professional settings, thus a rubber band on our wrists doesn't go all that well as an accessory with suits and dress clothing.

The only fitness tracker I used before was a "Pebble" that my job made me wear. I like that it tells you the details about your activity. I love the sleep tracker. If it was completely waterproof, I would have given it 5 stars. It would be great if I could wear it while swimming. Holds a charge well. If in doubt about going with the small or large, go with the large. I went with the small and its right on the last hole. It would be best to try one on before you purchase.
