Customer Ratings & Reviews

Great tool for tracking your daily workout. Plus the fact that I can track my friends gives me motivation to keep an eye on my workout

Seems to work pretty well with counting steps. Only concern is heart rate not always accurate, but seems fairly close.

Overall a great product, however they could put some effort into creating a more durable band for the price these cost!

LOVE my Fitbit Charg HR! It tracks all my activities and heart rate accurately and makes it fun. I have to charge it a few times a week but it's a quick charge. The Fitbit app is also constantly updating with new features, so it mixes it up a bit. Also very water resistant. I wear it cleaning and doing dishes and it's fine. Definitely recommend!

This Fitbit is great because it allows you to have caller id when your phone is near. It also keeps great track of your daily fitness.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas, she loves it. If you want a good fitness tracker without spending a ton, this is the way to go!

The only flaw I found is that the flight of stairs counter is a bit off. Other than that I can track my calories burned, steps taken, hours of sleep, miles walked and a stopwatch to record my active hours. Also love that the app has a feature where you can scan barcodes of food items to record your calorie intake.

This device makes myself and my colleagues more competitive about our weekly exercise regime!

Love my Fitz. Fitbit charge HR. Tracks everything and have lost 7 lbs since purchase. Keeps me in line and helps with exercise and eating

I like it but it's very uncomfortable to wear, the rubber irritates my wrist also.

Now that I got this I really enjoying walking now.it helps me meet the goals that I set for myself and keeps me fit really good product.

this Fitbit is great!!! It meets my needs. Help keeps keep accountable for my exercise & health plan. Love the sleep feature as well

I LOVE my Fitbit! It works so perfectly and I love how I can be aware of the distance I go in one day. I would recommend to anyone!!

Wish there were other color options. Doesn't always read stairs correctly. Fun competing against family and friends.

I bought it for my wife and she liked it. Pros: It is motivating her in every possible way making her move. Call alert display is really a great feature. Really great application to connect friends and compete each others. Cons: Not water proof. Heart rate is not even close. No options to change the bands.

IT DID EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED; I LOST WEIGHT AND TONS OF INCHES HAVE DROPPED OFF. FEEL GREAT, LOOK GREAT, INSPIRED OTHERS!!! YAAASSS!!!!

I love my Charge HR. My only issue is after the second charge, it doesn't connect to the charger as easily and stay.

finally got the charge in purple. Love it but the screen scratches really easily

I never knew about fit bit. The benefits are amazing. We had trouble finding the product but best buy had it and in the right color.

I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to track their activity level and boost their exercise experience.
