Purchased for my wife as a Christmas present and she loves it, especially the sleep monitoring function. Although it may not be 100 percent accurate, it provides a great overall assessment and count of steps taken, heart rate and stairs climbed- just what my wife was looking for to motivate her toward better health.

I like the band on the Flex better, but I love the heart rate tracker on the Charge HR. It's really nice to see my heart rate rise during exercise and see if I need to pick up the pace. It takes a few minutes to sync to the app sometimes, but I've read that's a common problem with the HR.

I had purchased a different fitness tracker and returned it because I felt it didn't perform accurately. The Charge HR is very accurate and measures my sleep patterns as well as heart rate, steps, stairs etc. It is easy to wear and charge. I have a small wrist and the small fits nicely and could even be made smaller.

Have had this just over a month. I love the heart rate monitor. It seems to be right on target for me. It is a little bulkier than other fitness trackers, but all in all it does everything I want to track on it. For anyone wanting to buy one, the sizes run small. I ended up getting the large. Great deal for the price.

I absolutely love my new FitBit! I've owned different FitBits in the past but this one takes the cake. I love the silent alarm and the fact that you can have multiple alarms. I read a few reviews that said the heart rate portion of the band was bulky- I disagree, I don't even notice it. I highly recommend this product!

I did a lot of research before buying and this is the best one for the price and what it does ! Track everything and set your goals. Monitor how well you sleep. Compete against others or just yourself. All this and keeping an eye on your heart rate too. Throw charging cable in a pocket and charge where ever you are !

My only mistake in my purchase was not checking on the size. I bought the small and the buckle is in the last hole. Unfortunately that makes it easy to come undone and fall off. Otherwise I love my fitbit with heart rate feature. I am motivated to walk greater distances just to reach my goal.

The Charge HR has a few flaws but overall I am very happy with it. The thing I do not like is that it will not track you steps if your arm is not moving - like when you push a shopping cart. Other than that love it! The sleep monitor is great and the built in heart rate seems to work well.

I have only had my Fitbit for a week, but it was easy to get started. The process took about 10 minutes. it charged quickly too. I love the great features it has to offer! I like that it vibrates and shows who is calling! I love the plum color. It has kept me active. I keep trying to beat my previous days steps.

Gave this as a gift to a relative for Christmas, and she loves it. heart rate is fairly accurate , and it keeps track of all activities , walks three to four miles every day and up and down stairs, and with a nice reward system.for incentives.

Easy to use and the lowest price found was here. Different colors to choose from opposed to the color black only. I can now keep track of my sleep time knowing how it is so important to get the required hours of 7-8 hours to be able to loose any weight. Fats are good and carbs are not. Now I can track both.

My wife loves it! the heart rate monitor feature works great and it tracks other activities more accurately than the Fitbit Flex did. She also likes the fact that she is able to glance through most of her sats without having to look at her phone. She also likes the date and time, and caller ID at a glance.

This product seems to pretty accurate. I've compared it to a high end pedometer and they were pretty close. The only downside is the battery life. I returned the first one due to the battery life. The second one was better but not what the manufacturer states. Overall pretty good.

Got this for my mom as a present. She is not computer literate but has been able to make use of the Charge HR. She has afib so this was great to be able to monitor her heart rate. Downside is she has very tiny wrists and it's uncomfortable for her. I guess she will get used to it.

I got this watch to monitor my heart rate during hard practices. I run track and I think this is a great watch! It calculated my heart rate during a workout and it also monitored my sleep, which I think is the coolest feature on the watch. The watch needs an app to work and the app is soo cool and easy to work. You can add how many calories you've eaten from a variety of options or you can scan the barcode of the item you are eating and it automatically calculates your calories ! The only think I didn't like is that the small really didn't fit my wrist. And the only other option is a large which I believe would be too big. And the little button on the side gets stuck every once I awhile. But apart from that, if you're an active runner I think this watch would be great

Great to use to track heart rate and steps, but cheap quality. We had it a week and it shorted out, so had to return for a new one. Definitely get the 2-year replacement plan with this product so you can have fun using it!

This Fitbit is great for recording sleep, water intake, steps taken, heart rate, and more. The pedometer is a bit inaccurate most of the time - it counts steps whenever my arm moves. But this isn't a big deal, because I just subtract an amount of arm movement from my daily steps. My favorite part is the sleep tracker, which works perfectly for me. The Fitbit really motivates me!

Love my new fit bit- bought this one because of the heart rate capability. Wanted to keep track of my workouts and steps. Love that it buzzes when someone is calling my cell phone, as my phone is normally on silent so this is definitely a plus!

I had high hopes for my Fitbit. Almost everyone you see is wearing one. I guess I got a dud because after only 3 weeks, I continue to get the dreaded bar or bar with an exclamation point on the screen meaning there is a sync error of some sort. This prevents me from joining in on one of the activities I like most about the Fitbit...the Challenges. You can link up with friends and challenge them to see who can get the most steps in a day or workweek. I am pretty competitive so now I park far away from doors just to get extra steps. Unfortunately with the constant sync errors, my steps aren't being calculated accurately. I contacted the very responsive customer service who assured me after a reset I wouldn't have any more problems. The reset caused the sync errors to increase. Since the product is under warranty, I'm awaiting my new Fitbit in the mail and will update the review if the new one is not faulty. At this point, I can't recommend it to a friend either.
Aside from those problems, I find that when it works, this device is pretty cool. Not only can you monitor your steps and other physical activities, you can monitor your sleep patterns and food intake. It works hand in hand with SparkPeople, the app I use for tracking my meals. Both the mobile app and computer app are user friendly and visually appealing. Charging needs to be done every other day if you sync constantly. The band is comfortable, however after extended wear, particularly in the heat, it leaves the wrist slightly sweaty and moist.

I love my fitbit hr. I can check the time, see how far I have walked, check my heart rate while exercising and see how many calories I have burned. The only downfall is the length of time between charges 3 to 5 days. It would be great if it could hold a charge for a week or two.
