    This product works great for step counting and keeping track of sleep. I found it challenging to maintain heart rate while exercising and the mileage count seems to be off while exercising.

    I like the fact that I can keep track of my steps and see how many I have at the touch of the buttion. I also keep track of the floors. The reminders on the phone app of "Get ready for bed" and moving throughout the day are helpful, too.

    Bought this for my mom for mother's day....loves it and uses it religiously. The one drawback is she is now wanting to trade up for the Blaze but she's willing to wait a bit longer to enjoy her HR. Traded in the Plum color for the Black.
