Exaggerated the amount of steps you take because sometimes you can be working around the house without really walking and it tells you that you have walked miles when you really haven't. Overall a nice piece of technology. From what I have heard this is one of the best and I would agree.

Great Strictly for sleep tracking & exercise
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my mom, if you actually use it as recommended, whether it be for sleep tracking or fitness (to lose weight, build muscle, etc) then it's totally worth the money. Although it lacks any of the panache that the apple watch brings to the table, the battery last for nearly 3,4 days without a charge, It's also discreetly designed so you can wear it as a side accessory wile still wearing another watch. Solid device.

Love my Charge HR

The only two issues that I have had are: the face plate scratches easily (but get the silicone sleeve will help prevent that from happening); and the charging cable doesn't always connect to the Fitbit. You have to wiggle it for it to connect and then carefully put it down, in hopes that it doesn't lose its' connection. But it's great motivator to get you exercising.
