Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is a great product for tracking your excercise. Great warranty. I broke the clip on my Fitbit after a few months and Fitbit replaced my Fitbit at no cost.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my mother. She's new to working out and she loves it. She won't go to the gym or do housework without it!

My girlfriend loved this as a gift. BBY was good about replacing the first one we got,. After wearing it for a few days we seen it was falling apart. Thanks BBY!

This item is used by my wife. Her only complaint is that there are no alerts for text messages. It will vibrate for voice calls but not texts.

Mother's Day gift for my wife. She already had the FitBit Flex but wanted one with the time on it. She loves it and only takes it off when she is in the water.

My husband purchased a Fit bit HR for me for my birthday and I love it. I purchased this one for my mother for her birthday. The brand and quality are great.

Got it for daughters birthday present and she loves it. Battery last much longer than my Apple Watch, but that's not really a fare comparison.

This does so much more than just count steps. I was a big critic for a while. It has a lot of integration with other apps. It's also nice to challenge friends.

Watch works great, charges fast and lasts a few days, the app is great and it's really helped me track my sleeping.

The Fitbit Charge HR and accompanying app on my phone have been great for me for setting fitness goals and tracking exercise, food and sleep.

I was kind of skeptical at first because of the reviews saying the device doesn't hold up to the cost. Meaning it will only last for a year.

Very good not excellent... Have a few issues syncing and charging is a little tricky. The band is difficult to to fit to a small write Wrist

I would recommend this to my friends and family. It's a good durable product. It does everything it says it will and has been a good purchase.

I like the band better than the fitbit charge. It doesn't fall off all the time. The hr is pretty close to my BP machine so thats a plus.

Great for those who are trying to lose weight and keep up with their water intake as well as their sleep habits

I have not had any issues using my fitbit tracker. It tracks everything I want it to. And it even tells me what time it is so I don't need to wear a watch!

I tried the FitBit with the clip and was unable to close the strap properly. The FitBit HR has more of a traditional closing and is easy to put on each day.

I love this. Perfect for me and keeps me motivated to move more. I bought my daughter and son-in-law each one. And they love it too. Especially my soninlaw

My whole family uses Fitbit. We also have the Fitbit scale. Also great for tracking food online and participating in challenges with friends near and far!

I bought this as a gift for Christmas. My GF is still in love with the product. holding up and working great!
