I upgraded from the flex. I didn't need the larger one so I decided to go with the charge HR. So glad I did! I love the heart rate monitor and that I know who is calling when I'm out for a run or my phone is on silent and don't hear it ring.

I purchased the fitbit charge instead of the regular one because of the heart rate monitor. I was impressed with all the features of the fitbit itself. If I get another, I would probably do without the HR though, as the knob that extends from the base presses into your wrist.

The device has some great features like step counting, heart rate, calorie counter and an alarm. The charge lasts approx 5 days. The food diary is not as good as fitness pal. I am not sure how accurate the calorie burner count is. It isn't too uncomfortable now that I am used to it.

it said it would hold its charge up to 5 days, but I have to charge it every night! At least, every 36 hrs! The longest it's held a charge was this week because I haven't been using it as much. So this week, it's held its charge for up to 2 days! Definitely, nowhere near 5 days!!

I've had the Fitbit Charge HR for about a month. A few others at work have one, and I was curious how their step count compared to mine. We discovered that while sitting in a meeting for about 30 minutes (not walking around) two of us accumulated close to 40 steps. Beware that your arm movements can add to the step count.
The sleep tracker seems to be spot on with the time asleep & awake, as well as when I get up in the night. It's interesting to see how many restless periods I have. I recently discovered that it has a setting like Map My Walk, and I've used that a number of times.
Recently I noticed a skin irritation under the strap. I gave my wrist a rest for a day, then loosened the strap a bit to wear it higher on my forearm. This works for the most part, but eventually the device falls down towards my wrist. I've heard of others getting a rash from the strap too.
Overall, this certainly makes me more aware of how active (or not) I am.

I purchased the Fitbit charge hr about a month ago. Fits well and charges fast. The heart rate feature appears to be quite accurate. Sleep monitoring is also a nice feature. Wristband seems durable. Only complaint is that the battery only seems to last about a day and a half.

I bought the Charge HR because I need the heart rate monitor, which is the difference from the Charge. It counts steps, mileage, heart rate, and you can even plug in your food intake to compare intake calories to the calories that are being burned. It does everything I need it to, and I love wearing it.

This is my third Fitbit watch I have purchased. I had the Force, which they recalled, the Surge, which broke and now the charge. It works great, I am just not fond of the short battery life. I wear my watch all day and night and it lasts 5 days if I'm lucky on a full charge.

I upgraded to the Charge HR after several returns on my Charge. It is a much improved product from the Charge. The clasp is much more reliable and I really enjoy the heart rate feature. It comes in handy when I am walking, running and biking. Keep it in the target zone, right?

I bought the small, and it fits my wrist perfectly. It keeps me on track and has made me so much more aware of my nutritional needs. The app is very easy to use on my iphone. The heart rate monitor is the reason I chose this over others.

I have had my Fitbit Charge HR for a few weeks and it's great for tracking activity and sleep. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because of the sizing. I have a really small wrist and the Fitbit looks a bit bulky on my wrist. Otherwise it's a great product!

The FitBit Charge HR is a good activity monitor for the price. Does monitor heart rate and walking on flat surfaces. It is way off on walking up and down stairs. Sleep monitoring has to be viewed thru an app, not directly on device. Therefore I give it a 4 star, good rating.

I bought the FitBit activity with HR for my wife for Christmas, and I have to say that thing is awesome.
It tracks her sleep perfectly, steps she has taken all of that and much more. She truly loves how it integrates with her IPhone if your into the healthy active lifestyle then this is for you.

Fitbit ordered with slate band to look attractive. Wears well on wrist and is comfortable even when sleeping. The device tracks activity well as well as sleep modes. Very accurate clock with day. Tells of incoming calls with caller id.

The Fitbit HR Charge is simple to use. Has all the information needed for a complete fitness program and more. Especially like the daily dashboard, this makes it so easy to keep up with calorie intake as well as calories burned. It also allows one to keep up with ones monthly status. Great purchase !!!

I definitely recommend the Charge HR. It motivates, it challenges you, and gives you a chance to see how active or not active you are. The capabilities of this product are amazing. The best part is that it does all of the work for you and is easy to track through the fitbit app. Two thumbs up!

It is pretty useful to keep track of physical activity. Having challenges that allow me to compete with friends helps keep us all motivated. Functionality is as expected. Sometimes syncing takes a little longer than one might expect, but nothing too bothersome. Overall a really good product.

It replaced my Fitbit flex after I lost it while out for a run. I like how it's also serves me as a watch.... I really wish they would make a medium sized band bc I feel that I'm between sizes....
But other than that... I'm not complaining. It serves it's purpose

More comfortable than I thought it would be but would like a more decorative band and clasp since I wear it all the time.
Find the short charging cord to be annoying.
The steps, stairs, and heartbeat monitors are easy to read and to pull up. Use the app on my S4 all the time

I had an iFit fitness tracker & always had a difficult time getting it to keep accurate steps. Also, if I forgot to put it in "sleep mode" I missed tracking my sleep.
Fitbit it so much better because it is very user friendly. In addition, it tracks my heart rate, an added bonus for fitness.
