This is a great product. I have lost over `5 pounds since my purchase. The only drawback I have is the short battery life. I have to charge every other day instead of the 5-6 as advertised.

My wife wanted a fit bit to track her steps and sleeping. I picked this up for her and she enjoys being able to track her activity through the day. It works as expected.

The Fitbit is one of my favorite gifts I ever received. It has helped me stay motivated. Love all the easy to use features i.e. Heart rate monitor, step counter, phone app, sleep monitor.

I have really enjoyed knowing how many steps I take each day. The only draw back is the Charge HR doesn't continually show the time. I know it would drain the battery but it would be nice.

The heart rate monitor and sleep tracker is great. The only downside is that I have to adjust the band a few times a day because I have bony wrists and it feels awkward on my wrists sometimes.

After purchasing this item once before from another vender and returning it. I'm very happy tthat I decided to buy the fitness tracker from Best Buy it is all that I was looking for and their customer service was very helpful with setting up my tracker and answering any and all questions I had. I love being able to track my heart rate my steps and calories burn just wearing it on my wrist keep me motivated

I love this especially the color band. I lost my surge and this band stays more like a regular watchband. The heart rate monitor works great for the moderate exercise I do!

Love Fitbit, very user-friendly. Only reason for not 5 stars is bulkiieness of bracelet to wear while sleeping. Daytime use is fine, so I just choose to not wear at night.

Fitbit and the fitbit app has been functioning great so far and without any issue. It has helped me stay more fit so I can definitely vouch for this product. Connecting the device to the app via a Bluetooth is never a problem. However, sometimes just turning on the bluetooth on my iPhone does not work, I have to manually get into the Settings and connect Fitbit to the phone. This may definitely be an issue with the phone (not sure). A suggestion : Fitbit data (such as heart rate and sleep pattern) which is shown in the form of visualization graphs has a scope of improvement for a better and more convenient experience.

Love my Fitbit!! It helps me kee track of how much walking I'm actually doing. Our inside sales team now has a competition going. LOVE THIS!!

I am a former Nike fuel band user and now a Fitbit Charge HR user. The changeover was fairly easy and the output more motivating with the social media connection aspect of the device. I had some issues after 2 weeks of wear with my Charge HR, which was immediately replaced by Fitbit. At Best Buy, I purchased another for my daughter at college who had problems within a few days of purchase that was handled by the Best Buy store. Beyond the inconvenience of time spent contacting the companies, we love the device and are happy to report that service and support have been great by all involved at Fitbit and Bestbuy!

Love it! The only advice is double check size. The size due to the functionality of the heart rate monitor needs more space. Check carefully!!

These are the words my wife used to describe this gift. She has expressed liking the watch telling her she has hit daily goals. The ability to review sleep movement, stairs climb, heart rate. She likes the ability to link to her phone for results. As well as the small buzz on her wrist to let her know of a call when the phone is on mute in meetings.

I am very pleased with my Fitbit only problem is mine only holds a charge for 2 to 3 days, was told it last 5 days and read same thing as well! Other then that I love it.

I moved from a Fitbit flex to the charge hr and love the extras that this will do. Seems to be the same accuracy of my flex.

I purchased this for my wife and she loves it. It tracks her heart rate all day and even as she sleeps. It buzzes once she has achieved her calorie goal for the day. Overall great product.

Tracker works great . Heart rate matches my Dr.'s when I go in for a check up. Sleep app works great, very interesting to see my sleep habits, charges fast. Much faster then I expected.

My husband and I purchased these over the summer to use in conjunction with the app "DietBet." The FitBit Charge HR helps to monitor steps, heart rate, calories burned, stairs, etc. The app allows for calorie counting (which I give major credit to helping me lose 10+ pounds) and will tell you when you've gone over your budget, under, or are in the zone. We're still faithfully using these daily and highly recommend this product!

This product is excellent as promised by the company. It tracks down your major activity and pretty neat display. Mostly it is like a wrist watch which gives more confidence on the grip

Has very helpful with reaching daily goals of steps, running distance, and calorie intake.
