Customer Ratings & Reviews

Instructions are easy to follow and so far seems to be designed quite well.

Product has worked well and provided all the information anticipated without any issues.

I came from the Nike fuel band and tried Fitbit. Huge jump and the product offers a lot

I like the color and the numbers shine purple too! Battery dies a bit too soon though.

The only thing I don't like is the size small is way too small and I have a small wrist!

I had the original fit bit that I'd gotten a little over a year ago. Due to the fact that it had no buckle it came off my arm when I was removing my coat, which I didn't realize until a good time later. I decided to try this new fitbit since it has the buckle and I have really enjoyed it a lot. It has helped to keep me on track with my goals and makes me remember to push further if I haven't met them.

The Fitbit Charge HR helps me be mindful of my daily activity. Easy to set up and use.

I really enjoy using my Fitbit! Helps me see how active I've been throughout the day.

I think this is a great watch because it can do so many different things

It is great for tracking my daily activities. I also love being able to track my sleep.

I do like my band but a few things I wish they would fix....low battery warning, it should buzz on your arm and show the level AND fix the band so it doesn't count steps when you're driving, this way you get a true step count for the day.

Gift for daughter who is always playing her sports. loves to keep track her activity!

It has worked perfect! Great tool to use when working out especially if you Hike a lot

Just in time for the winter track meet. I kept track of my stats with winning colors.

Love this fitness band!! Continuously tracks your heart rate! Love everything about it!

great product and easy to use, you'll love it, my sister has one and she loves it too

Really enjoy my Fitbit, the best feature is the monitoring during sleep

It is very user friendly and makes getting and or keeping healthy easy!

It tells me my steps for the day, heart beat, time. I run and sweat on it and it still function normal. I compete with other fitbit users online by requesting for them to accept. It is fun to compete with friends to achieve your goals in walking, and running

For me to give 5 stars, the product has to knock me out. This is a great product. The only issue I have is the heartbeat sensor is way off the mark. When I jog, I use both the Fitbit and a chest sensor. When compared, they are almost 20-50 beats per minute off. Otherwise, I have been very happy.
