Customer Ratings & Reviews

great features, but the HR reading doesnt seem accurate based on side by side comparisons to other monitors.

My wife was really happy to get this as a gift and has enjoyed it since she got it.

I received this as a Christmas present. It keeps me motivated to keep moving. I strive for 10,000 steps a day. I love it!!!

Picked up a second Charge HR, love the ability to compete with friends and family. The color looks pretty awesome as well.

Works well. Holds it charge great. No complaints. It does what I expected it to do.

Just got my fitbit for Christmas and all I can say is it's awesome. Love the fact that it connects to all my other devices.

I bought this watch for my wife for her birthday. She loves it because it keeps track of everything from walking, running, crossfit WOD's and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training. Plus, she is able to have weekly competition with friends via the FitBit app, which is a great way to motivate other people to achieve the fitness goals.

Bought for my wife. Absolutely loves it. She hates to take it off even to charge it.

Have had this for aprox 3 weeks now and love it. The only complaint I could have is the battery doesn't seem to last quite a week but over all it works just as expected. fits nicely. i love being able to see the time, my steps, distance and calories right on the band. the app is nice also. user friendly and nice to look at!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for our daughter who is a runner. She tells me she likes it very much.

I'm just getting started. This is a great way to track my fitness and motivate me through challenge requests from my friends.

This is my second Fitbit to purchase. I love it. This one will certainly not come off my arm. Much better band connection.

It is absolutely accurate. Works well with monitoring the heart. Calculates active minutes and everything else very well.

I love this Fitbit works great, looks great, pushes/inspires me to get up and move. I love the features including the tap screen. The heart rate monitor is great. I was a little worried about having something so clunky on my wrist but you get used to it really quick. I love the plum color too goes great with so many colors.

I got this item for my sister and she loves it. She uses it every day and hasn't had a problem with it yet.

Shows alot of statistics. Emails also send a wk in review and the device tells you when it needs to be charged. Very helpful.

I use my Fitbit Charge HR everyday, and it has worked well so far. Long battery life, great app, and comfortable to wear.

Love the added features and the latching wristband. I had the Charge and it kept coming unfastened, afraid I would lose it.
