Really love my fitbit. It's easy to use and gworks well for its intended purpose of tracking steps and HR. Highly recommend this brand/model to anyone who is looking for a step/HR tracker. Fitbit has fancier models for more hard core folks too.

    Sync

    Does not always sync.

This is my 3rd fitbit. Within 2 days of purchase I began to have syncing issues. This is the same issue/problem that I had with the 2nd Fitbit. It is important to keep logging my steps/workouts so I receive points on my health insurance program. I have lost 3 weeks of points because it will not sync and I have to clear it and start over. I would not recommend this product to anyone that NEEDS to keep track of steps or workouts. If you want to just see your HR, Steps and use the clock and alarm features it's fine. It just does not sync consistently.
