Quite accurate, except when you push a grocery cart. That's a little thing. Helped me to recognize and talk to Dr's regarding a heart condition. So I like it a lot, because we are now going to fix it.

I just wish it was more accurate. Steps add up when I am doing something with my arms while sitting still. Sometimes does not track my sleep at all. I love shopping at Best Buy and always get good customer service! Geek Squad staff are so nice to work with. This is one of my least favorite products.

I got this Fitbit for the challenges with other Fitbit owners. This has been by far the most fun I've had with getting my steps in. If you need some motivation to walk and you can get friends or co-workers to purchase a Fitbit I would highly recommend a Fitbit.

I purchased a second tracker for s gift and they love it. We track each other's progress and have friendly competitions. Only complaint is the battery for me doesn't last the day! My dads lasts up to 3 or 4 days!! But I am more active

I don't use this to it's full capability, but for counting steps, keeping track of heart rate, sleep and weight (with the linked scale). It is not as durable as it could be and I am VERY careful around water of any kind, including rain.

I had a Fitbit Charge for over a year without any problems. I only had to charge it about once a week. I decided to upgrade and get the Fitbit Charge HR. What a mistake, the light constantly goes on all night long, waking me up, the heart rate monitor never works right, very inaccurate, and now I've noticed that it does not count my steps correctly. Yesterday it said i walked only 48 steps! Well how can that be when i know I went on my treadmill and walked 2 miles and throughout the day I walked an additional 2 miles. And the most aggravating thing is that I have to charge it every two days, and it takes 2 hours to charge it! I will be returning to Best Buy today.

Fitbit has an easy to use platform. Customer support is also great. I have a heart issue where cardio is my medicine. This is a great tool for me to see if I am hitting an accelerated heart rate for a while or not! Also a great motivator did I drink enough water, take a good amount of steps, did I work out, how many calories have I had/what's left (to loose or maintain weight). When I haven't reached my goal it gets me up to hit it! Just because I want to see things in green! Kinda like getting a sticker. (we are all kids at heart!) I had the flex for about a week...I liked it as it worked out just as this one except no heart recordings which like I said has helped in my "medicine". I also like that this will give me heart readout on wrist as well as time, unlike the flex is just dots. So it's not like wearing a device that just sits on wrist and tracks what I do. The heart rate gives more accurate of calories burned...did you rev up enough? Keep in mind there is no health item like this out there that you can buy except professional that will give you exact for heart. OR for those who says count step is off YES OF COURSE it's on your wrist...keep reading! So for those who say its completely inaccurate, the truth is then what is exact besides a true hook up through doctor for heart and exact for steps count. Yes a chest strap on some that is out there is better for heart but, I don't wanna wear one of those and those I can never get to sit correctly! However for the heart I went to doctors other day and asked him to do resting heart rate and I pushed button on Charge HR and it was close enough by couple of beats difference, that is good! Just as for steps a hip attached one is better for more accurate as well or true accurate count. There is also no wrist item that will track steps to perfection. When it comes what you did first week take average for steps and use that as a number and increase as a goal. Seeing it does sit on your wrist shaking up a drink can act like walking. But this is normal, any other wrist device is the same! However, read how and where to wear it! The website for product help/manual is great info. If you use the vibration feature for phone ring and wake up the battery does go fast...A pain need to charge every two days...not sure that the others out there are that different if it has that feature. When it is my quiet time of eating, resting with family watching tv, shower, I charge it. No different then my phone. Oh and the sleep...pretty accurate as well! I'm impressed with this, I've tried others in the past and have returned but I also learned about them a bit more...like the step count on wrist/accuracy and how to work with it! I have recommended this to all my friends as well.
