Since I bought it got motivated to be more active. Very light and comfortable to wear. Very convenient to track everything on my iPhone. Love the caller id.

I have owned a flex since they were first released and just switched over to the Charge HR. Absolutely the best and it helps me calculate my calories burned

I was looking for something to track my heartrate, and I was very pleased with the Charge HR. I also ended up using the food/calorie logs to lose 20lbs.

Bought the Fitbit - Charge HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate - Plum for my mom and she loves it. Says it is comfortable to wear and easy to use with the app.

The purple color is true and beautiful. I love the HR monitor on this. When I hit a goal I set, such as steps per day, it will vibrate to let me know.

Excellent tool to lose those last few stubborn pounds. Heart rate tracking helps count calories more accurately. Woul not buy a fitness band without one

This is a great tracker only downfall is that it's only water resistant , NOT waterproof. Returned it and went with the Garmin instead.

For my son's girlfriend...she is a nursing student. This is the 3rd one I've purchased. She felt that this would give her motivation and she was right.

This is a good piece of technology but not great. I had to replace the Fitbit I bought for my wife because a little button broke off of the side. If I didn't take the service plan we would have been out of luck and just had to buy a new one. Best Buy was great about replacing the broken Fitbit so my wife is satisfied. I on the other hand are a little skeptical. Word of advice... take the service plan just as a back up.

Everything seems pretty accurate. The time increments seem a bit off but not substantial. It is a great support for my fitness program.

Works great you don't get text message alerts but you do her phone call alerts which I nice while driving. I also like seeing what kind of sleep I get.

I bought the Fitbit to help me be more aware of how much activity I'm doing every day. It has helped me keep track of my fitness goals.

I used the wrist band for a few weeks. I loved it! I also loved the app and personal goals. Then the battery died so I went to charge it and it never turned on again. Extremely disappointed.

Only thing I'm not happy with is it only holds a charge for about 3 days - review and product information said it should last 5 days.

Had been looking for Fitbit to track everything including heart rate so I could better judge my workouts, this was the answer to everything I needed

I have had no issues with anything. It does exactly what it says it does and with such ease. Very simple for anyone to learn. Makes goal setting fun!

This product is fantastic! So much you can do with it. I love the customer service too. I broke the toggle and they sent me a whole new Fitbit!

Really like my new fitbit. Last one had a clasp that kept coming apart and falling off, this one is much better. And I like the heart rate feature
