It keeps track of my walking and exercise. It has helped me loose 8 lbs. Since I started tracking my walking and exercises.

I didn't expect the face of the watchtower be so small. Seeing the time is difficult and you click the key to change the display several times to get to the time. If you have a lot of time on your hands to sync in your data each day to your iPad or iPhone and track your every move, which is not accurate, then you probably will like it. But it wasn't for me!

This is a wonderful tool to track my exercise. I would recommend this to anyone looking to track process while exercising.

I bought a Charge HR in Feb for me. I've lost 50 lbs from Dec to July. I wanted to get my wife moving too so I go her one.

It works great when you have to do exercise and monitor your progress. It´s functional and my wife loves it.

The HRM doesn't capture high level cardio activity so calories burned are significantly inaccurate (my friend also noted this with hers). All the other bells and whistles aren't enough to overcome this issue so I returned it. Unfortunately, it was beyond Best Buy's 14 day return period so I now have a gift card rather than a refund! Going back to my Polar HRM with the chest strap ;-(

Watch was good for about a year then wear and tear started and lead to not syncing properly. Enjoy using it.
