It was good in general but I don't like that the acurancy for the steeps counter is bad for me, if I'm seating and I move my hand it will think I'm walking, I don't like that.

I received as a gift, would have never bought for myself. It is a motivator on the days there does not seem to be the time to work out. I have not bothered to wear in awhile.

Won't work with my PC (doesn't have win 10). Won't sync anymore. Bluetooth attachment doesn't work. Bad Buy. Fit bit won't help...

Overall great product when it works. At times, it won't read heart rate but this may be due to me using it to monitor my daughters heart rate and her wrist is really small.

This tracker is good for basic steps and heart rate monitoring. I have had to get a replacement twice. Once the band broke, the other time the tap area began to bubble.

Purchased as a gift for my wife on her Birthday. Did not work out of the box. Their customer service is rated a -1. On hold for a long time like 1 1/2 hrs only to find I was 5mins past their quiting time. So called back the next day and waited another 2 hrs then 3 hrs with their tech rep who could not get the watch going. At the end she told me to bring it back to BEST Buy. Which I did and purchased the Garmin instead and it is great working well no problems what so ever. GOOD BYE fit bit

Lasted about a year before the plastic fell off and I lost the button. Could no longer charge and was useless. Buy the 2-year protection as you will need it.

Heart rate is a plus but pretty inconsistent. Functions are unnecessarily clumsy, this is after all an apple item-we have learned to expect more from this brand!

This is a follow up to a previous review. I initially rated five stars. However, I purchased in March and now 6 months later the band is coming apart & the time keeps lagging, even when I follow the troubleshooting tips. Just contacted Fitbit to see if they will repair/replace. I also had issues with the band on the regular charge (kept falling off) so I thought this one would be better. Hmmmm. I don't know if I will buy another. This is the third one in two years.

    Very disappointed- it's going back

I have a FitBit Flex (since Aug 2015). Love it so I decided to "upgrade" to the Charge HR (end of March 2015). Thinking newer model will be even better. I LOVE the features... HR tracking, automatic sleep tracking, clock/silent alarm, and better display than the Flex. Similar great app. BUT the battery life on this tracker really STINKS. I found myself charging it daily. As a last resort before returning it, I decided to do a test to see total time between a full charge and dead battery and it lasted LESS than 48 hours! It died somewhere around hour 43. I was NOT checking it often. Yes, I did have HR tracking on "auto"; why even have a HR tracker if it has to be Off all the time to save battery? This tracker is going back! I'm so disappointed in battery life-- FitBit advertises 5 days of life but I got nowhere close to that. Might try another one to see if this is just a fluke/defective tracker. Having said all that, I purchased the ONLY Fitbit Charge HR my BestBuy had in stock and when I got it home, I noticed the package was scotch-taped closed and someone had removed the protective strip on the LED display of the tracker-- SO someone had it before me. Perhaps they had the same issue and THEY returned it. Disappointed in BEST BUY for reselling this tracker to me. Will be trying another FitBit Charge HR from another retailer -- maybe I just got a bad one that Best Buy resold instead of returning to the manufacturer.

I had trouble synching this to my tablet. After only using it for 2 days it would not charge. Fitbit quickly sent me a replacement which worked fine.

This product does everything as advertised but is not waterproof. It sometimes takes about 15 minutes to catch up after a workout but overall is good.

I don't like, and for what you get for the price it's not worth even a penny. I read and read again and the help questions and could never get it to work or do like it said in the manual. I couldn't even get it to tell the time. It would never sync and after two days said to myself, I'm smart enough to know when I have my heart rate up, figure out if I'm exercising. It's just a fad. A waste of time. This is just my opinion, but wish I wouldn't have bought.

Fitbit is comfortable and easy to read. I'm just not sold yet that I need to track my personal stats 24-7.

Could not wear it while sleeping. Very uncomfortable which renders the sleep monitoring useless. Also, doesn't not accurately measure steps and distance.

I don't think it is accurate. I was in a long road trip and it said I walked 10000+steps. Clearly I did not. There is no way to calibrate my steps.

The band separated from the screen at 18 months of wear. Luckily I bought the extended warranty and I now have a Charge 2 for the same price!

Fitbit HR is good but great. Not sure how accurate it with tracking HR and calories. Like the way it sinc to iPhone. Helpful tracking in general.
