    Fitbit Charge -- A winner

I joined a fitness group and wanted a reliable step counter, so I read up on the various devices available. I went with the Fitbit Charge because it had lots of other features such as a sleep pattern tracker, calories burned. miles walked, and even call notifications from my cell phone. It was easy to set up/sync with my Droid cell phone, and learning how to use the other options was easy as well. There is a website that can walk you through almost any difficulty you might encounter.(It even emails you when your Fitbit charge is getting low!) I have enjoyed using my Fitbit Charge. It motivates me to keep going on my "fitness path." I definitely would recommend this device!

I have been using it for about two months. It seems to be accurate for measuring distances running or walking. The battery lasts longer then expected.

I'm on my third tracker in 7 months. The first one was missing parts and had to be exchanged immediately. The second one collected moisture under the glass of the display and then quit working after 2 months. I'm on my third one and already after only 5 months, this one collected moisture under the display as well, the button on the side fell off, the battery only lasts a couple days now and the band is breaking away from the actual tracker part. Luckily I got the 2 year protection plan and will be exchanging and upgrading to something of much better quality.

I love statistics, so I am enjoying using the fitbit. Mostly it's fine, but there are a few irritations.. the band has fallen off a few times... I believe this is a later version that was supposed to have fixed this? Or maybe I got an old one. I'm not sure I trust the sleep monitor... if I put it on 'sensitive' then I hardly slept at all, if I put it on 'normal' then I slept 8 hours, which I don't believe to be the case. I do like the step count, miles, etc. And the phone link that shows you who's calling is kinda cool as well... useful when driving.

I am just starting with it .Sometimes it does not respond to the requet for the time. Clasping the wristband can be difficult, but I am getting used to it. I like the feature that I can designate a workout and time it and get all of the pertinent information instantly. I also like that I get an email when the battery is getting low on charge. It syncs well to my android phone and my computer. Have not found out how to activate the "caller ID" feature.

I've had the FitBit for a few months now and I still wear it everyday. I do notice it makes me think about my activity quite a bit more. Now I will think about walking more to rack up steps vs a short drive. I think it is very comfortable too, even more than my normal watch. People ask me about it all the time and at least 2 people from my work have bought one once I told them how much I like it. Also, I have been using the FitBit app to track my calorie intake, exercises, water intake, etc, so overall it has helped with my weight loss & exercise goals. Add in Challenges with my friends and it has really increased my activity level, not just awareness of it!

This is my second fitbit device. I had the fitbit flex for over 4 years, till it gave up. I decided to go with the Charge, rather than the Chrage HR, because, I did not feel the need for an heart monitor system. The Fitbit Charge is very reliable. I change it once a week and syncs with my iOS app without any issues. The other feature that I really like and it is not health related is the caller id feature. if you have your phone in your pocket and you get a call, you can see who is calling on your fitbit charge and then deicide if you want to take out the phone to answer. I also use the vibrating alarm to wake up in the morning. Overall a very good device.

Very easy to set up. I purchased this after getting my wife oe for mother's day , it fits great and has great features. You can connect via bluetooth to your smartphone and get caller id , set up silent alarms , use a second hand on the clock , besides the obvious features of the fitbit. It fun to set up challenges with friends to see who takes themes steps , the app works great and syncs seamlessly with the fit bit. I have recommended this to friends and family. You also get a weekly email sent out by fitbit to let you have recap of your last weeks info. Still debating I'm going to exchange it for the HR model though . Overall great product. Thumbs up!

I love my FitBit. I enjoy the phone app and the capability of competing with friends. I like seeing my progress throughout the day. It has definitely encouraged me to move more. I pace around while in line, waiting for the washer to finish, etc. I rated it 4 stars because it pops off all the time. I work in healthcare and am constantly wearing gloves and washing my hands. I can't tell you how many times I've had my FitBit go flying off my wrist. If I would have known there was a watch-type strap, I would've went with that one.

Love the ease of use, simply raising the arm and the time is shown, tapping on it advances the screen so no fumbling for the button while running. The caller ID is really nice too.

My wife and I bought each other the Fitbit Charge for Christmas. We've been wearing them everyday. I initially synced my Fitbit to my Android phone, but it seemed to drain the phone battery, so I synced it to my computer. I really like the Fitbit Dashboard, which gives today's snapshot of your activity. I'm keeping track of water intake, sleeping, exercise goals and weight goals. Since Christmas I've lost just under 5 pounds.

Love this item!!! Best part is the caller id, plus it's a watch besides all of the other cool fitness features!! Only downside, you can't change the bands like on the fit but flex.
