Bought this after my father wanted one for christmas and bought one for myself. After using it, I noticed that its ability to detect foot steps and stairs climbed was far from accurate. In addition, despite picking the appropriate sized watch, it remains very uncomfortable around the wrist, requiring frequent adjustment and temporary removal. For those who may not accurately look at what you are buying, this Fitbit does not monitor your heart rate. Our experience involved the salesman attempting to convince as such despite my knowledge against such. Buy the Fitbit Charge HR+ instead. I noticed more wrist comfort plus the adition of being able to monitor heart rate.

Bought this for myself and I use it daily. Battery life is pretty good.

I just got this fitbit hr and I love it so far. I walk about 7-8 miles a day at my job. It's great at keeping steps as well as my average heart rate. I also love that I have the time an can see how many steps I have taken through out the day without having to bring my phone out. I had a jawbone before the fitbit hr and it just doesn't compare to the fitbit hr.

Bought this for my husband and he seems to like it. Complaints (small complaints) would be that he couldn't set it up with his phone, had to do it on the computer and Also when he runs on the treadmill it doesn't give an accurate count...other than that its nice and does what it's intended to do.

Great for everybody! I love the Fitbit. I am able to track how many miles I am walking a day and also can track how many miles my dog walks per a day. I try to walk/run 7-8 miles a day. I think this product would be great for anyone who wants to lose weight or is experienced with exercise.

We had bought a competing product, and the strap broke... TWICE. After the second time it broke (within weeks of purchasing it), we went back to BestBuy and exchanged it for a Fitbit. This has been three months ago, and the fitbit is still in one piece and the straps have not broken! The app is just as good as the other tracker and the product is solid.
