Great tracker for the price. Pretty accurate unlike others I've tried.

I bought this for my wife and she uses it to track how far she walks

Wearing the Fitbit has become a need like taking your phone with you everyplace you go. Getting a notification once you are close to your goal pushed me several times to achieve my step goal. The quality of this product is amazing as well as the company. I had an issue with the charge on my first one (no pun intended) and they sent me a replacement very quickly.

I bought a Fitbit Charge after owning a very disappointing Fitbit Flex. The Flex I only owned for about six months, and four broken bands. I was lucky enough to catch the Charge on sale at Best Buy. It is terrific.... has all the fitness features I wanted plus it is a watch too. The Flex didn't do that and I don't have to wear a watch now. Great Stuff!!

Fitbit was reasonably priced, easy to setup and comfortable to wear.

I have been using my Fitbit Charge for over a year and half, so think of this as a review on my experience with it and you may have the same issues in the future. I started wearing my new Fitbit Charge shortly after purchasing, total time was about 14 months of near daily use. The Fitbit products are marketed to be worn all the time, tracking daily steps, stairs, calories and of course Sleep. Which it does a decent job at tracking these things through the app. So the product should be durable, right? I started noticing, and I was swimming or showering with it on, condensation underneath the plastic protecting the LED screen, no big deal but kind of surprising to see. So I continued wearing daily like its designed, I would take it off to shower and put it back on after, but usually would have it on all the time. About 14 months after I first started wearing it I was taking it off my wrist to take a shower and the band connecting it to the main sensor and screen just snapped! It exposed the inside of the band to some of the components, I was shocked that this happened. I can't wear it like this, if any water gets in it might not be safe to have on my wrist and could completely fry the system. I then contacted Fitbit about this issue, to me this is a design and complete product failure, and they called the issue "peeling". So obviously I wasn't the first to report it. Just be aware that you may be replacing this device out of your own pocket each year because of less than durable design from Fitbit on the Charge. Here is their response: Thanks for your question about why we offered a discount instead of a replacement. Our limited warranty provides replacements for trackers deemed to have a manufacturer's defect within 365 days of purchase. Because your tracker didn't meet these warranty conditions, we offered a courtesy discount of 25% good towards the purchase of any tracker. We strive for excellent customer service and in the past often replaced trackers that were not covered under warranty. Though customer satisfaction remains our number one goal, the demands of running a global business require that we now enforce our warranty consistently.

Love all the Great Fitness tracking I get by wearing the Fitbit.

Excellent way to track your daily exercise and your sleep patterns.
