As silly as the program is it does it's job. It also has features for tracking sleep and water intake. Although I haven't used them yet I certainly may. I'm not sure about the longevity of the wrist band. Time will tell.

She didn't care about the heart rate. However, the hr is just easier to put on. It is like a watch latch. This model has a little different type of latch that my wife has trouble getting on. Still good though

Good but has a few flaws

He stocks shelves on occasion for his job and he actually isn't taking steps but it counts it as a step every time he moves his arm. The watch part of it is nice. Overall he really enjoys it!

My first fitbit

Syncs smoothly with my phone apps. I did learn that is will not read steps while holding a shopping cart but in hindsight that should have been common sense. Over all I love this product it's motivating me to reach daily goals.
