Nice Tracker...but not Needed

The sleep tracker is pretty accurate as well as the steps. I honestly find it annoying to log all meals and without doing this, it's pretty pointless to own one.

Extra motivation to stay fit

It really helps to know how much or how little you've done each day. The Fitbit app is a great help to achieve fitness goals especially if you record your food intake as well. It's much easier to enter a healthy snack than it is a Krispy Kreme donut and helps me to eat better.

Fun gadget to keep track of activity

We did have a bit of a hard time setting them up with the App and I do wish there would have been some kind of user manual, just to make figuring it all out a little easier.

The only thing is that it don't come with any sort of manual or quick start guide. It just leads you to download the app and doesn't tell you how to utilize it the most. Otherwise, the device is wonderful and do not regret getting it.
