Does what it says. Fits good and no problems so far. App works great and like the caller id in case im not right at my phone. Little concerned how wet it can get.

I bought this for my husband who walks a lot at work. He loves it and loves how he can see if he meets his walking goal each day. This also tracks sleep and shows how many hours average sleep you get each night and weekly. Well worth the money. The only con is that is sometimes takes a while to sync with your phone or iPad.

I like how easy and amazing this tracks my every steps.

i have been using FitBit products since day one and never had a problems. however, fitbit charge belt breaks off really quick. i have only used this product for 5 months and belt was broken. however, i love their products and works as expected. i would buy it again.

Love that it shows who is calling and vibrates also.

Don’t waste your money. Fitbit is nice to track your steps but this band broke on 3 different fitbits. Their customer service was very nice, however it would have been great to not need them.

I was given my Fitbit Charge as a Mother's day gift from my husband 14 months ago. I do not work out hard, wear it in water, put it in extreme heat, and have not mishandled it in any way. I enjoy challenges with my family - over a dozen of us have a Fitbit! But one week ago, one side of the band peeled off so badly that the Charge could not be worn again. It had been separating since December - I could feel it pinching my skin. But when I literally could not wear it again, I made the call. Apparently, I missed my one-year warranty by 2 months and nothing could be replaced. My husband and I are teachers and money spent on something like this is a luxury so we cannot just go out and purchase another one. They offered a 25% discount on another product, but again, we do have that kind of money and why would I want to purchase another product that will just crumble apart like this one did? I wish I had better customer service, but "their hands were tied with the system" and they could not replace the piece although they "really wanted to". I honestly believed that this was a wonderful device and hoped that they would stand by their product. Unfortunately, I was wrong and am now stuck with a broken band on a product that I will not be able to endorse to friends and family anymore. I am hoping that someone will read this, correct the situation, and stand by your product.
