Tracks my activity and sleep. Enjoy the ease to use.

I was given my Fitbit Charge as a Mother's day gift from my husband 14 months ago. I do not work out hard, wear it in water, put it in extreme heat, and have not mishandled it in any way. I enjoy challenges with my family - over a dozen of us have a Fitbit! But one week ago, one side of the band peeled off so badly that the Charge could not be worn again. It had been separating since December - I could feel it pinching my skin. But when I literally could not wear it again, I made the call. Apparently, I missed my one-year warranty by 2 months and nothing could be replaced. My husband and I are teachers and money spent on something like this is a luxury so we cannot just go out and purchase another one. They offered a 25% discount on another product, but again, we do have that kind of money and why would I want to purchase another product that will just crumble apart like this one did? I wish I had better customer service, but "their hands were tied with the system" and they could not replace the piece although they "really wanted to". I honestly believed that this was a wonderful device and hoped that they would stand by their product. Unfortunately, I was wrong and am now stuck with a broken band on a product that I will not be able to endorse to friends and family anymore. I am hoping that someone will read this, correct the situation, and stand by your product.

Great product ! Easy to setup and nice to wear it.

Don’t waste your money. Fitbit is nice to track your steps but this band broke on 3 different fitbits. Their customer service was very nice, however it would have been great to not need them.

The Fitbit was so easy to setup, put on and just use.

The Fit bit is good light weight and easy to wear .

This is my third band. I upgraded from the very first one to the second one and now this one. I love all the features on it that the others didn't have. Not sure if I will get the watch..yet to add to my collection...lol It's great...get one you will love it

App and use for this tracker are self explainatory. Very easy tracking for beginners. Helps motivate you to push harder because you can see your progress on the screen. My only complaint is the screen is sensitive and if you are too rough with the chargw hr, the screen scratches easily. Other than that, would recommend

We purchased this Fitbit for our daughter as she wanted to track her steps while at school. She was thrilled that she got the blue one as it is her favorite color. She likes the sleep tracker and also the ability to change her step goals. She's looking forward to marching band season to see how far she really walks.

Great for reminding someone how sedentary office jobs can be and the need to step out and get some activity. Drawback - the band has a poor latch that comes undone by bumping into things or putting your hand into your pockets - be careful otherwise its easy to lose.

Easy to use. Fun fitness toy. Love the alarm on it.
