Typical fit bit item. Great for steps, flights, sleep workouts, etc. Only downfall is hand cannot be swapped out , like fit bit Flex can.

Surprisingly impressed with this tracker. It seems to be very accurate in counting steps and reasonably accurate in counting flights of stairs. The FitBit app is very cool and my FitBit Charge helps keep me and my friends motivated to move.

It does what it says it's supposed to but it just looks so bulky and is not at all stylish. I know many people wear it, but for an all day everyday item, I wish it was a bit sleeker.

I bought this in the hopes that seeing my step count would help motivate me to get moving. This along with the accompanying app is a great tool for those of us who need to see an actual fitness level and calorie intake for a wake up call.

This was a gift for my mother who wanted to get fit and she loves it. She tells me everyday how many steps she has taken, how many flights of stairs she has walked up, and the calories she has burned. This is a great product.

This product is a replacement for the force and Fitbit one. This is a great product. I like the fact that when someone calls it shows up on the face of the charge. The battery doesn't last as long as the force but it's still a good product.

Works well, the online app is fabulous. My only complaint is the sleep tracking, it doesn't seem to automatically track it, seems like you have to "push" it into tracking it by starting sleep button instead of it just tracking it.

While not the flashiest, most extensively capability loaded, for the price, this one is a winner. All of the metrics collectors are on point, except like most others with sleep tracking. About as well as you can do with a starter product.

I just starting using my new Charge and I love it. I like being able to see the number of steps, stairs, calories burned, etc. that I wasn't able to see on the Flex. I also like the Caller ID. Overall, a great product.

Overall I am really happy with this purchase. It has helped change my life. I lost 20 lbs in the first 45 days. The only negative is how it keeps track of stairs climbed. Some days it is not accurate. Other than that I love this thing!

I love my fitbit. I chose the gray and and couldn't be happier with the color choice!! Not as harsh as the black and blends is great with all colors. I was concerned about how wide the band was but can honestly say you don't even realize you have it on. I absolutely love it!!

Like the design and functionality. I would give it a five if the display worked consistently. I have to recharge it to reactivate the dsplay. I am also not a fan of getting steps for moving my arm, as it overstates my step count.

I am disappointed that there is a different charger for the charge vs. the charge HR. When you have family members that have different ones they should all have the same charger. Seems like no reason they should be different.

My Fitbit is a great product that helps to motivate me to exercise and walk more. My daughter and I have competitions that keep us both working toward our goals of better health and have fun doing it. It also lets me know how my sleep quality is which I like. Very happy with my Fitbit!

My husband had a fitbit flex he received as an incentive from work, I got the Charge for Christmas and he wanted one since it had a clock on it. We love our Fitbit Charge.

Love my FitBit Charge! Let's me invite friends and now we all serve as motivation for each other to get moving!! BestBuy was my one stop shop to get anything I needed for my FitBit. It even provides information on my sleep habits to help me get some better rest after moving all day!!

This is a great watch to track overall steps and track calories, but without the GPS the actual distance you go isn't very accurate. Definitely helped kickstart me back into a more active lifestyle and was a good beginning point.

I bought this as a gift. This is a good activity tracker but I don't like that it has to be recharged at least once a week. The charging port is on the back of it so you have to take it off to charge. Otherwise great overall.

Overall this is a decent product but it isn't totally accurate with the steps you take. I find myself having extra steps and other times it seems to freeze and doesn't count the steps. I don't sleep with it, find it bothersome.

Purchased the FITBIT Charge to get the New Year started off right. The product is very durable. Records all actions of steps and sleep very easily. Setup was a little confusing but we did get through it without much issue.
