I love this fitness tracker. The silent alarms are really helpful, not just in the morning, but to remind you to get up during the day and get some steps in.

I use this for keeping track of my walking. It is reasonably accurate in measuring distance and steps. I like it!!

My daughter wanted an activity tracker. Got this Fitbit for her a couple of months ago. She likes it so far and really has no complaints. A little pricier than I'd like but she is happy with the features.

Great tool to keep you motivated. Counts steps and floors climbed too. I'm hesitant about calories burned. Doesn't accurately count steps on ellipticals at the gym. Good starter for motivation and fitness.

The Fitbit Charge does exactly what it claims. I purchased this to motivate myself to walk more, this along with the app does that and more. The step count seems fairly accurate as I counted my steps the first day and it was right with my manual count.

Good product. Nice redesign of the band to prevent loss of the Fit it. I'd lost the first generation of Fitbit because of old design with a single fastener.

This item was more than what I was expecting. Have not had an troubles with it; was a little leary about the snaps on the wrist-band, but they proved to be reliable and no problems. This device has certainly provided the daily motivation that I needed!

The Charge is great. Crisp, clear display, and it is very accurate. The Fitbit app is also great. Very intuitive.

Sometimes I notice that my charge tracker is not tracking my steps correctly. I notice that it will not count my steps, one day I was watching it and it didn't count my steps for well over a half hour. I tried tightening my tracker, lossening it, moving it on my wrist. Nothing. I'm not unhappy it does an ok job but I don't feel its super accurate. Also it will say I went up lots of flights of steps when I have stayed on even ground and been near no stairs.

I have been pleased with the return policy at Best Buy. Have had to return two fit bits for faulty parts and Best Buy has been very accomodating. Easy exchange with my receipt and extended warranty.

I have a 7inch wrist and the large fits well with room for adjustment up or down. Will not sync with my older iphone 4 but does with my ipad 3. I received it as a gift and I think it makes a great gift.

I used to have the force but it broke and caused skin issues..hoping this one lasts longer. It randomly lights up which sucks when I'm sleeping but otherwise I'm happy with it and what it's used for

I purchased this for my father to get him motivated to be more active. It's working. its easy to use, the dashboard containing your performance is simple to navigate and customize and it's fun to be able to challenge friends that also have Fitbits. Easily integrates into Myfitnesspal and other apps for fitness. Step tracker is accurate except when your arm isn't moving, like if you are walking with a cell phone in your hand or are carrying a drink. Wish it had a gps or something so it could track that you are still moving. But otherwise, great item.

Does an acceptable job of tracking steps and mileage for runs. Other than that I don't really use it. If you're on a budget and just want something to keep track of your miles I would recommend this.

I love my fit bit overall. I love that it syncs with my fitness pal too. A few things I don't like is the step counter and stairs tracker are not 100% actuate / but I still would not give it up :)

I purchased this for my father and he loves it! We are a Fitbit family, personally own a Charge and so does my husband and mother. We enjoy the workweek and weekend challenges and the fact that the device counts steps and flights of stairs climbed.

I started an new excercise and diet recently and decided to get a Fitbit Charge to help keep me on track. It works great with my Lose It app and is fun to use. I love how it maps out where you take walks! Cool gadget. Lost over 20 lbs already.

I had some problems with the first one I bought. Less than 4 weeks old. Was given a new one. (That was nice) but now am having issues getting it set up on my computer and have NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE IT!!

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas and she absolutely loves it!! Only had one hiccup. One day it didn't record movements at all. But a restart fixed that. Sleep function works great also!

Programs that the fitbit charge is suppose to work with doesn't always sync with the program. When I exercise the calories I burn don't show up in my fitness pal. Worked for a while and stopped working.
