Works well, I've had it for a little over a month and haven't had any issues really. I wish the software on it would be better but I didn't have very high expectations in that are to begin with

It wears well and works great. Bought 3 for my son in laws and they compete against each other to see who gets the most steps. One of the buttons on the side that you push did fall off, but Best Buy replaced it when I took it back. Love it.

We bought the fitbit Charge for our daughter and she enjoys it very much. The only drawback is the the charge does not last as long as expected.

I love having a tracker to keep up with what I am doing! It is a little off but mostly on point with everything else! Great as a first time tracker or even for the advanced fitness goers!

I love this fitbit, comfortable to wear, charge it once a week. The caller ID function is also awesome

I love the FITBIT Charge, upgraded from FITBIT. I love the Time feature and being able to see actual step walked and miles. I would say that the stairs walked function is never correct, I have out it to the test. Otherwise great product.

really like the fitbit so far. fits on my wrist perfectly.full charge only lasts 3-4 days before charging again. motivates me to exercise more and challenge other friends and family members.

Still learning how to use. I received as a gift and was not even sure what it was. Excited now to learn more.

The Fitbit has been so much fun! It takes exercising to a different level! You can add your friends, have challenges and it's made a world of difference for me and it helps keep me in shape! I also got in on sale at a great price!

I bought this for my dad for Christmas. He has been using it every day. He is very happy with it. I'm glad I picked this one with the time. It gives him another reason to wear it every day!

I love my FitBit. It helps me as I begin my journey of being more physically active and eating healthier. I also love the daily and weekly challenges with my friends. The challenges, cheers and messages from my friends keep me motivated.

Although I'm not a true fan of Fitbit compared to Polar, this product was pretty good. I still prefer my polar loop, but the charge does the job. I only wish it had a buckle like the Charge HR

Great service from all of the store associates... There were some issues with trying to get the phone carrier to find my phone account and the Best Buy assocaites were all supr helpful in accomplishing the task of getting that handles...

My work promotes keeping healthy and active. We download our steps for points to redeem as gifts. This Fitbit is my step counter as such. Does a great job overall. My only disappointments are that the unit may be water resistant but not water proof. I have to take my unit off every time I wash my hands so it doesn't get wet. And I have to snap the unit to my shoelaces when I bike ride. Otherwise it doesn't count my bike steps.

I love this Fitbit but the battery isn't as good as it states on the package. The good thing is that it gives me plenty of warnings before it just does on me and not just in an email. Buy this charge before buying the Charge HR.

I started with the charge HR and the band hurt my wrist especially when using my mouse. This charge is very comfortable and easy to ware. It does get knocked off occasionally so get one of the aftermarket loops. I highly recommend it.

Purchased as gift for tracking activity. Soft ware was easy to upload. Really like to tracker. Only wish there was a sleep mode. BB had sale that made this preferred over other units.

Excellent device to track steps, miles, etc. very light on the wrist. iPhone sync is great and provides a snapchat of your activity.

Never owned a fitbit. The sales person was so helpful in finding out my needs. I love this!. My wife and I are always competing to see who had the most steps. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone considering buying it!!

We purchased this for my husband because we had bought the for me and my daughter. As he watched us using it, he decided to get one as well.
