Bought this as an upgrade to the Fitbit Flex. Have not been disappointed. Easier to charge, don't need to tap it to set the sleep mode, provide the time as well as stairs which the Flex doesn't do. Been very happy all around with it.

I love that i tracks my steps, calories burned and travel. It also keeps record of what you eat when you post it. Wish it offered a way to input your exercise program and not just walking.

I had a fitbit flex which I really liked but love the features on the charge better. It tracks stairs, love the alarm and auto sleep feature.

great tracker works well with workout routine also syncs with my fitness pal app and aria scale. only con was i found it a little difficult to set up instructions weren't very clear

Simple, understated, stylish activity and sleep tracker. If you prefer Rolexes, try the Apple Watch. If you are satisfied with the most necessary functions, ably delivered, take Charge.

The most difficult part was getting the fitbit to be downloaded. I ended up calling the company and after several minutes was able to get it set up. I think it is crazy why these products aren't a little easier to work with.

I bought the fit bit Charge. I really like it. The price was fairly reasonable, however, I did have to wait about 6-10 minutes for the Best Buy staff to unlock one for me. They did answer my questions as to the various Fit Bits.

Fitbit has finally put everything I need to monitor my run distances and time in a very natural feeling piece of athletic jewelry....and it looks good too!!! Great product.

Love this product! Well worth the price if used! Gave 4 stars because sometimes it is difficult for the fit bit to read taps in order to change mode from active to sleep or vice versa

Counts steps, workouts, sleeping, and eating habits. The only downside is the battery life. If you want to use it all day and night I suggest bringing your charger along with you.

This is a great fitness tracker and it's pretty accurate, I love that it has the time on it, caller ID and calculates my calories.

The Fitbit charge is great! I love how it keeps the time and your steps so you don't have to wear both a watch and a Fitbit band. One downfall, the display doesn't stay on for long so you cannot count anything if you needed to.

my wife was looking for a fitness watch that counts your steps and checks your heart rate,and this watch fits her needs works great.

The step counter is inaccurate which is a fact that they acknowledge in their boards. For example, if you are pushing a grocery cart your steps will not be counted at all. The counting of flights of stairs is inaccurate and usually doesn't count any. If it counts 2 of the dozen flights per day I walk that would be high. Even worse is the calorie tracker. The database is terrible, takes weeks to update and has a search engine that provides bad results. Setting favorites can only be done via computer (not through the app) and the "Frequent" and "Recent" lists are grossly incorrect. After two months of it I quit using the calorie tracker and have gone to a different company for that purpose. It measures sleep decently well. Beyond that the product is a waste of money and the app is a waste of memory space.

bought one for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it! she talked about this device so much 3 people at my job bought one. much better step counter than Samsung phone and it has alert when get incoming call which was a bonus

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! Only problem she has had is getting the app on her phone to work right. But, she has an older phone. There is nothing wrong with the product.

This item is very good and gives me incentive to get up and move. Looking to get into better health and also being able to compete with others makes it even more of a challenge.

I have had a Fitbit Flex for 18 months and was very interested in upgrading to the Charge for multiple reasons. It provides more data and also has the watch feature. I've only been wearing it for a week, but love it so far.

Fitbit is an excellent product. Tracks all sorts of data and useful if you're trying to achieve health goals or maintain a heathy lifestyle. The app on mobile device even has a good food database to help track diet and intake.

Tracks steps really well, just does not have the heart monitor function. For the price it is a great step and sleep tracker.
