This product is awesome I synced it up with my phone to see if someone is calling and at the tap of the device I can switch from total steps to calories burned

I love the charge there are so my things you can monitor once you download the app. I love scanning in my foods but couldn't get the calories to deduct from my goal weight

We already had a couple for ourselves and bought 2 for our son and daughter-in-law at Christmas. They in turn showed them to our In-Laws and now they are buying their own. What better recommendation can you get.

The FitBit tracks everything and is easy to use, but the pricing at BestBuy was higher than other places. Did not return it because return policy at BestBuy is horrible.

We've had a different version of a Fitbit, but this one is the best version for the money. A great buy with all the features you need for your active live style.

Bought this for my husband as gift to replace his Flex. This looks like it will hold up better than the Flex. Better info display. Great option is that you can set it up to show who is calling. Love that option.

However, the wrist tracker does not log your steps if you are on a treadmill and holding the bars. Very deceiving on the count.

I like how it keeps track of your steps, water intake, sleep pattern and most of all how I can challenge friends and keep up with them. So many features to name but overall is a great product to buy. I love mine.

I got this for my wife for Christmas, and she loves it! She's always talking about what it does, and what her stats are... All I know, is she's happy with it!

If someone is in to keeping track of all the type of information this can provide, this would be something that you would be interested in - if you want to wear this unit.

I love the extra features you get when upgrading from the Flex. Its totally worth the extra $30. The band is very comfortable, and it has replaced my watch. I have been recommending them to all my friends and family.

I have been waiting for the replacement to the Force since I sent mine back since I was allergic to the nickel (still have scar in my wrist 7 months later). I was debating between the Charge and Charge HR, but since the HR model wouldn't come out until 2015, I decided to go with the Charge. I had it for just over a week now and am less than impressed with the quality. I charged the device as soon as I got it on 11/5 and wore it for a little over a day and I was already prompted to charge the device again. I turned off "All-Day Sync" to see if that would improve my battery life. With that setting off, I got about 3 days charge on the device, which is OK, though not as good as the 7-10 days I previously got with the Force. Although some may consider this to be acceptable, I find it annoying that I need to charge it 2 to 3 times more often than the last model. Yesterday, I got a message that my charge was low, which I found surprising since I had just charged it. Halfway through the day, the device stopped displaying information. I assumed it was out of juice, but when I got home and tried to charge it, nothing happened except seeing an empty battery symbol with an exclamation mark in the middle. Tried charging it overnight and still nothing. I checked the Fitbit site to see how to restart the device, but it doesn't respond to the steps provided to reset the tracker. I am returning this one to Best Buy since it is still within the 14 days and will wait until Fitbit solves these issues before getting a new one. I do like the Fitbit products, but currently they have two strikes in my book, First, the Force ended up permanently scarring my wrist and now the Charge stopped working after a week. The features I liked in the Charge are: - Silent alarm - Stairs tracking - Sleep analysis - Mobile app provides all the info I need at a glance - Incoming call notification with caller ID - Social ecosystem is good What I don't like: - Battery life - Not water-proof (they recommend taking it off to wash the dishes) - Stopped working in about a week I considered getting the Garmin VivoSmart a few months back and may need to open up the search for something new.

the first one would not hold a charge. return it and got a new one but had to paid full price for this one. works good but if you are in a bumpy vehicle it counts steps

Bought mainly for the sleep tracker for my son, but he loves the exercise part of it. Kerps track of all his steps.

It does everything it says it would do. The calorie counter however is completely unrealistic. According to this thing I'm burning waaaaaay more calories than I'm consuming.

Seems to be a little too optimistic with what it tracks as steps, but over all good. Strap will probably come loose and I will lose it at some point in the future. Oh well

I started with a fitbit last year. I realized that if I had the step count and the time on my wrist, I would not need to carry my p hone on my walk/run to monitor my progress. This does exactly what it promises.

Pretty cool everyday gadget. Helps you stay on track to be moving and mindful of your decisions. Sleep tracker is interesting...not sure how accurate, but cool nonetheless.

True to all FitBit products, the Charge is comfortable and stylish to wear. It works wonderfully in counting steps/stairs/calories. I would readily suggest this product to anyone looking for a solid step counter!
