My husband and I each received one for Christmas and love it. He and I are constantly on our feet at work all day, so to see the number of steps we take is great. Love the sleep tracker as well. Great feature.

Fitbit Charge is a great product. It keeps me motivated to eat better, walk more and tackle stairs instead of escalators

For my morning exercise routine, I walk the same route and every day I get a different number of steps, varying by as much as 2,500 steps after my morning walk. I've checked my route with the car odometer and my FitBit shows it as 1.5 miles less. I also carry hand weights and perform curls during my walk. This also substantially changes the results on my Fitbit. I do like the weekly reviews.

Basically good and reliable. I have to charge it every other night though. I thought the charge would last longer.

I love my fitbit and hardly take it off. The only thing I didn't like is that the face got scratched within the first week of me having it. Otherwise it's great and the step counter inspires me to walk more!

My purchase was excellent but the device quit working after a week. I contacted fitbit customer service and they replaced it at no charge to me. Excellent customer support and would recommend to a friend.

It was very easy to load the software on my PC to sync data from the watch. I leave the USB dongle in my PC and just have to be near the computer for it to download all the data stored in the phone.

Never marked steps climbed. Was constantly marking steps when sitting or driving. But the sleep tracker is pretty awesome.

This is way better than the original fitbit imho! But i docked one star because this band is bot entirely accurate. It's definitely a good motivational tool though.

This gift was an upgrade from a Fitbit zip. It has more features and doesn't have to be tucked away in a pocket or attached where it can't be read real time.

the watch function is quick and the time shows up just by waving my hand. This is much better than checking your phone for time, especially if you're at work

The product works good. The reports are not good and the additional cost for a premium version is unexpected. Fifty dollars a year for the reports is prohibitive.

Fitbit has a great product but the syncing is a bit of a problem. It sometimes does not sync and causes me to reboot the phone. Otherwise it is a very good device.

I love this tracker. I had the Fitbit Flex and had a lot of problems with it syncing. This tracker does more and I have not had any problems with syncing.

The main issue was the battery staying. I called and was given proper information on charging. It does sync well with my IPad but not well with my IPhone 6s

The Fitbit wireless charger is comfortable to wear and easily syncs with my iPhone. I can challenge friends and keep track of my progress. Love it.

Unless your arm is swinging when you walk your steps are not counting. For instance in a supermarket it does not count your steps because you are pushing a cart.

My Fitbit helps me stay on track with my health goals really like the sleep tracker . The phone notification lets me see who's call when my phone is on silent

This is the second Fitbit I've owned. The first one died after I put it though over two years of extreme use. I thought so highly of it I purchased another. My only regret is not getting the Charge +HR

I an enjoying the results (weight loss) and how my Charge is keeping me on track to continue to lose weight. The weekly progress reports are very nice. This is an affordable devise that really works.
