My new fitbit charge works good except the connection to recharge it seems too loose when connected to charge. Has worked fine so far.

Compared to other activity trackers I've tried, this is the best. The jawbone up24 had an awesome app but did not tell you on the band itself how many steps you had left. The vivofit just looks cheap. And the original fitbit flex is too flimsy. This one has it all, the only downside is that it's nasty big. I mean you get used to it but it's too thick/big

I have wanted one for a while. Took the plunge. Thought having something on wrist 24/7 would be irritating, but no problem. Glad I got it - the app on my phone is great too!

It is amazing how the Fitbit motivates you to walk those extra steps or climb the extra flight of stairs. A breeze to set up.

Love it.. We use them everyday one of the best things purchased in a while! I would recommend my friends and family to purchase one. But should make the band a little larger

Per my wife, she is very pleased with her Fitbit. Several of her friends have fitbits which influenced my decision to buy her one.

old one wore out, needed a new band. Best buy is the best place for all things electronics. I am an Elite member and continue to return to the one source for such products.

Bought this item as a Mother's Day gift and she absolutely loves it. Well worth the extra few dollars to upgrade to the FitBit charge.

Didn't realize that my arm movements tracked my steps. Walking while holding a book = not walking. Sitting and swinging my arm = walking

I love my new Fitbit it was an upgrade from the previous model. I love the display screen that allows me to keep track of my movement without have to sync to my device.

I had to order my replacement Charge cause Best Buy doesn't carry them in the store anymore. This is a drag. Hopefully Fitbit has made changes to their production Quality Control so the wristband holds together permanently and stops coming apart where the actual watch is. The rubber pealed back from my original before the battery failed. The actual product is not bad for what I use it for.

I enjoy the fit bit and its many applications. I wish I had started with the heart monitor model. A Daily change of habits will follow.

I like that there is a clock feature, easily syncs to my phone. Helps to motivate when you see that you are low on your steps!

So much better than phone apps. Very impressed! Love the sleep tracker, always knew I wasn't sleeping well, now I see where my problem areas are. Finally sleeping better.

I love the new Fitbit force. The band is better than the old one and you are able to get instant updates without having to sync it your phone or computer. Highly recommend!

Great fit bit option counts steps and stairs, not just walking Has vibrate option to remind you for alerts. Subtle enough to wear on wrist. Face can get scratched easily.

The large size band could be a little larger, but it works great and I like that it vibrates to alert me when I hit 10,000 steps!

I really like this fit bit. The blue-tooth, phone sync and all other features are excellent. I challenge my friends everyday and it keeps me active. Love my fitbit...
