I am starting my new years resolution for fitness and healthy eating habits and this keeps me on track and records my progress

I bought this for my guy. He absolutely loves it. He uses it to track his daily sleep and fitness progress. It also alerts him of calls, as he cannot take his phone in to work, so he can see who has called. It syncs with ease. He loves that it tracks his stairs climbed, step taken, and hours of restful versus unrestful sleep. This gadget is amazing. Highly recommended. I will purchase one for myself.

I'm still learning all of the features and getting used it. I don't agree with the sleep feature last night but going to keep using it and see what happens.

It's my third one. I would suggest getting the extre warranty. But they will honor the given one with out much trouble.

Love that it syncs with app with no problem. Challenge my husband on weekly and weekends. Just trying to get healthier

Very pleased with the features of this tracker. However, in hindsight, I wish I had gone with the black instead of the gray.

Does what I want to track. Perfect size. Just have to remember to wear on weekends. iPhone app works good, though syncing "seems"' like it takes too long.

I monitor my sleep and steps on a daily basis. It is great that I also have a watch and can monitor incoming phone calls.

I like that this has the watch feature. It is helpful also to know how many steps and calories I burn during a workout

if your not moving your arms you will not have an accurate count. For instance pushing walker, wheelchair or grocery cart.

This a great item for keeping track of your days steps and calories burned

I like it. I just don't like that it adds extra steps for my arm movement at work. I like how it shows sleep pattern too.

Love it! Does everything it's suppose to do. Wrist band stays on well and does not bother my skin. I love that your stats are so ready available for you.

I brought this tracker for my husband who works in construction. He wears it everyday to keep track of his steps. Since he walks a lot on his job, including flights of stairs, it gives him a good idea of the workout he's getting at work. He doesn't use the other features. Set up was a breeze and so is charging it.
