Great for keeping track of daily activity. I like the weekly report you get. Another plus is the sleep log TELLS YOU WHEN SLEEP IS DISRUPTED AND LENGTH OF SLEEP

I purchased for my husband as we had the flex initially. This tracker does much more and has a watch as well so you only have to wear one item on your wrist.

This is a great item but the charger is less than desirable. The cord is so short. I know I'm gonna end up losing it.

The only negative is that I had to lie about his birthdate in order to set up his account with FITBIT because there was a minimum age restriction. Why I have no idea.

The calorie count is simple to use. Keeps me working to a goal. Had issues with syncing but Best Buy has been great to exchange it. This one is doing fine.
