My fitbit is great. It motivates me and is very accurate. I like all the features that it comes with.

We are still waiting for the extra lrg Fitbit. Have gotten a notice it will be 6-8 weeks. Very disappointing...

My husband and i bought each other one for Christmas. Not sure if it was bc there were two in the house it was getting all mixed up with information, which was very discouraging but then when the battery died neither of them would recharge. Paid a lot and was very unhappy. Thought it was to coincidental that they both didn't work. One was bought at Best Buy and the other at RS.

I have found it easy to use. I use it every day and appreciate the weekly summaries on the computer.

I purchased this is August of 2015. It worked great for a few months but then the band started to pull away from the device. Fitbit replaced my device for me within a week. The new device they sent worked for about a week before it stopped holding a charge for longer than a day. They replaced that device also. About six months later I noticed that this one's band also started pulling away from the tracker. Now, because it's passed my year warrenty all they can do it offer a 25% discount for a new tracker. When I spend $120+ on something I plan on it lasting longer than a year. All in all I don't believe I will purchase another Fitbit.

My Fitbit keeps me moving. I'm addicted to wearing it all the time.

I loved my fitbit till the rubber part by the display started coming apart. I'm on my 3rd one in 2 years.

It works very well and fits my needs. It was easy to set-up and automatically downloads, steps, etc.

great but i has to be charged daily. i had a diffrent one last year and held charge for atleast 3-4 days

My wife and I both purchased these and after 6 months the rubber wrapping started to lift and eventually caused the band to break altogether. This happened on both the ones we purchased. Thankfully we bought the coverage to have them replaced and they were replaced but surely they should last more than 6 months. No abnormal wear and tear in case you might be wondering.

According to my husband is useful but he was not happy about the wrist can easily come off or easy to loose.

it lets you know how much walking and calories you burn during the day and lets you know how good you sleep

I love ease of use in this product. It is easy to use and the challenges are great to with friends.

Love my fitbit its so helpful for tracking my steps and exercise.

The battery does not last with this particular unit. Have to charge everynight and I am not even that active.

It has keput me moving and have enjoyed the challenges with other fitbit friends. Really enjoy it.

It really motivates me but it does not hold a charge for 7 days. Lasts 2-3 days only which is annoying.

Had to call Fitbit because the band broke. Didn't last a year. They replaced for free. Second Fitbit Charge band broke again...same issue. Called Fitbit directly again, wont stand behind their product. This time they will only give me a 25% discount. DO NOT GET THE CHARGE!
