Ended up returning this because it didn’t seem to correctly track steps

Doesn't give accurate counts of steps. Battery life is 2-3 days (and I'm not that active!)

I love how the product works just wish it would last longer. Am on my 3Rd one.

Received as a gift for Valentine's Day. My first one the band started coming apart in June. Returned it for another. The replacement would not hold a charge for more than 12 hours. The charging problem is almost the same as what my wife had with hers.

Not very intuitive to set up but reliable and works well once you get there

Like the Fitbit but not the size of the band which it had more hole options

Wasn't bad had issue with it bubbling but they replaced it fast and free

I was given this item a a gift and I returned it back not accurate at all

I love the watch when it was first purchased but after a while it started to bubble at the needs where the watch piece meets it. The whole reason for a active fitness watch is to wear it all the time. It is not intended for that.

wouldn't sync with my phone so I had to purchase a new phone instead

I have owned a Charge for almost two years and have been extremely pleased with it, so I thought it would be a great idea to buy my teenage sons one each as a birthday present. Just over a month after I bought them, one of them stopped working. Well, I did not buy the protection plan because mine was working perfectly, and I could not return them because it was past 30 days. So, I had to go through a lengthy process of chatting to reset it (after I exhausted all of their prior options) and a week later, same thing. It stopped working again. The other one was the same story, only a few weeks later. These two have turned out to be a piece of junk, and I literally wasted over $200 on them. And I still have them, useless 'bracelets' that did not even last a couple of months.

I purchased my fit bit charge just about a month ago as of yesterday it will not turn on at all! Being my first fit bit and all I am disappointed with this product . I am told that now I need to go through the manufacturer to get it replaced. It is what it is and I am optimistic

After getting the gear fit 2 this one was not good

This was an okay purchase. Many of my friends have Fitbits so I took the plunge. However, it was quite lackluster. Over estimated my steps. (I earned 250 just from sitting at an event!) Now, friends still love theirs. However, mine was returned.

Watch band comes apart in front. Can't find replacement watch bands. Snap closure in back kept unsnapping until I lost mine. My husbands watch band came apart and the replacement from Fitbit battery won't hold a charge. (3 Fitbit charges)
