I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She finds the caller ID feature really helpful as we is working or out and about. She can see who is calling and decide if it is worth getting your phone or calling the person back later. She also enjoys the sleep function and of course seeing how many steps she has taken or how many flights of stairs she has went up. I am planning on getting myself one of these as well soon.

This is Fitbit's replacement for the Force model that they were forced to withdraw and recall (I kept mine). Looks and performs much the same as the Fore but with some improvements to the clasp and firmware/software :eg phone call notifications, and a new tap feature to display the stat of your choice. A nice touch, and saves you having to locate the button on the side of the device. As with the Force you can select which wrist you have it on (dominant or not), and you can customize which stats are viewable on the display. All stats, details are viewable on the dashboard view on your synced device of choice (android, PC, or iOS) All in all a nice bit of kit, which is neat and unobtrusive. When I added this new Charge to my account, all the history from my old Force was still retained, so full marks to Fitbit.

Love the FitBit Charge. Being able to see everything on the screen is great. Stays charged for a long time and is reasonably accurate, not perfect but good enough for me. The app is great as well. Food and water intake are good and helpful when trying to diet. Very happy consumer.

I purchased the Fitbit online as part of a Black Friday sale, but didn't open the shipping box until New Years. I was disappointed that it appeared to have been used. I took it back to my local Best Buy where they apologized profusely and exchanged it for me without any issues (kudos to them!) The Fitbit wears comfortably, has a very intuitive interface, and manages to get a surprising amount of information from just being strapped to your wrist. I've been using it this last week to establish a baseline of normal activity while I begin ramping up my physical activity. Some features are more useful than others. I have my iPod Touch synced with the Fitbit so am able to monitor my walking, stairs climbed, estimated calories burned, etc. by just opening the app. My favorite feature has to be the sleep monitor which shows how many times you were restless or actually woke up. I always thought I was a pretty sound sleeper, but have been proven wrong by the Fitbit. I have changed a few things in my pre-bed routine and now wake less groggy and am in a much better mood through the day. It's a great tool to see where your physical activity could use improving but only if you use the information!

Well worth the price--monitors steps, serves as watch, alerts to incoming calls--I definitely would recommend this purchase to others interested in a fitbit. Well worth the price differential when compared with lesser priced models.

Good product. Love the watch and being able to see the number of steps. Much better than the Flex. Still needs some tweaking on design. Cord to charge is a little short. Needs to be longer so it can set easily on the counter and not hang from the outlet. Be careful with getting this too wet. It can ruin it. Overall better than other similar products.

I am really enjoying my FitBit. It holds the charge for several days. Only drawback is that if your arms are not moving, steps are not recorded.. For example, if your hands are resting on a shopping cart, steps are not tracked.

I love my Fitbit charge. It's pretty accurate with my steps and I enjoy the sleep monitoring feature. The only bit complaint is the iOS app. It's only available in iPhone style and is a bit difficult to use. Also it doesn't come with instructions so it's all trial and error. All in all its a good fitness tracker. But they could use some improvements.

This Fitbit is a great activity tracker, but it also has a extra feature that I love. It tells you when you have a call coming in on your cell phone and who is calling. This is great when my phone is in my purse and I don't hear it. The Fitbit vibrates and displays who's calling. It's a great feature to go along with the great activity tracking features. The charge also lasts much longer than the last Fitbit I had.

I really enjoyed my Fitbit because it allows me to keep track of my steps as well as sleep pattern. I had an issue with water going into the front screen even though it is waterproof, but I called the company and they sent me a new one with no questions asked.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. I was hesitant about the size (large) because I figured my wrist was around 8 inches. It fits perfectly and there is still a notch it can go over. It tracks calories, steps, stairs and sleep time. Also on the app, you can keep a food diary. The caller ID is also pretty cool and I LOVE the silent alarm.

I replaced my watch with this band. this is my second ( the first one did fall apart - the B.B. rep said he'd never seen one fall apart like mine had! ) they replaced it with this new one I have now - and I've had no trouble so far with this one. I have terrible wrthritis in my hands - but I can still get this band fastened fairly easily....

I will use more features once retired in very neat future. At this point it serves the purposes I bought it for. Stairs counting suspect. If I had a complaint it would be the clasp. It is improvement over earlier model, but was knocked off my wrist several times when swinging backpack over shoulder moving through international airliness terminals.

great way to make me move. Love it when I hit my daily goals. However, I wish the the "floors climbed" could be disabled due to the fact that driving is adding floors. Yes, this can be counter acted by manually logging "driving" in the activities, but I do not like having to remember to log it manually. I just wish that feature could be disabled.

I have seen many of my friends have this tracker and I was very interested in getting one for myself. When I was able to get one I was very excited yet nervous since I wasn't sure how the interface would work or what exactly it did. I just wanted to track my steps after using it I was able to see my sleeping pattern, which now is the best part of my tracker, i enjoy competing with friends and seeing my progress.
