At first I was skeptical not really a watch guy. Thought the rubber band would drive me nuts. I have 8-1/2" circumference wrists. As it turns out more comfortable than I though. previously has a zip and kept forgetting to put it on. This stays on all the time. I find the alarm feature quite useful. Having it easily visible keeps me motivated to get more steps. I had read some reviews regarding the band breaking. I do not see any signs of wear so far. Brought the extended warranty just to be safe. I'm an active guy so it is showing some scratches, but it is a fitness band. As far as I'm concerned if it did not end up with some scratches I'm not moving enough.

Love it great product and easy to use, lightweight and looks good

I love this. It has given me the modivation I have needed to get moving and work to increase my over all health. I have noticed that when the battery starts to get low that it will miss count flights of stairs, so I no longer wait for an email to charge. I charge at least once per week.

Love the caller id and silent alarm!!!! Tracks steps seems accurate.

Last spring my son gave me a used FitBit One that clipped on but it died a few months ago. I am old and not very active so I thought that having a FitBit would help me to increase my level of activity, i.e. walking (definitely no running for me!) After my FitBit One died I thought maybe having the bracelet type would work and it was on sale cheaper than the FitBit One for Black Friday. I found The FitBit Charge was very hard for me to put on and then try to turn it on my wrist so I could read the display. I found it quite bulky and seemed uncomfortable to me to wear. It kept telling me that my sleep was too interrupted. Well I already knew that so quit wearing it to sleep after 3 nights. LOL It does work as advertised but I think I would be happier if I had just bought a replacement FitBit One.

This was perfect for my wife. I originally got her a smart watch but she did not like all the clutter of notifications and app this and that. A fitness tracker that allows you to challenge your friends and shows you the current time like a watch so you don't have to wear both. She loves it!

Love the capacity of the battery foremost. Love the vibration and the id of a personal phone call linked to your Fitbit. Love the fact it links to other health apps like fitness pal. I have been nothing but and and maintained my motivation with my Fitbit. It pushes me to get my 10,000 steps in daily. Love the look and feel and glad it fits larger wrist

I purchased 5 Fitbit Charge devices because this year I wanted to give the gift of health to my family. Everyone loved them. They have already set them up so they could challenge each other to work out. It also serves as a reminder to get up and get moving if you've been sitting for an extended period of time. Looking forward to a healthier 2016!

I got this product to increase my motivation to be fit and to have an idea of what my everyday routine looks like. I really like it and have develop the habit of always having it on. I love how it tracks ur sleep and the levels of floors you do. Needless to say I am happy with my purchase ❤️

This is an extremely useful tool for people wanting to lose weight and/or keep track of their exercise activities. The trackers themselves are solid and functional hardware. But, the true value lies in the FitBit software and web experience. It's all about burning more calories than you consume, and the FitBit platform is a great way to self-motivate toward that goal. I especially like the FitBit Charge's battery charging hardware and process. It's definitely more reliable that the Flex charging hardware. And, the silent alarm, incoming phone call monitoring, and watch functionalities are definitely worth the extra money. The only complaint I have with the Charge model is the fact that it counts floors climbed, but does not give you "extra credit" for climbing stairs relative to simply taking steps on level ground. Seems like the engineers at FitBit could figure out a way to account for the extra energy expended and calories burned when you climb a flight of stairs.

My wife bought a CHARGE HR a few months before I got my CHARGE. I didn't think I needed the pulse monitor and I'm glad I didn't get it. Best Buy price was as low as anyone around at the time. The Charge only needs to be recharged once a week while her HR needs it every three days. It has worked great so far, (3 wks.). No negatives to report.

Helps keep me motivated throughout the day. Seems to be very accurate when counting steps....I also find the sleep tracker a good feature. You can also connect with friends and compete on a daily or weekly basis. If you're in the market for a fitness tracker, I have no complaints so far.

I bought it for my boyfriend. He loves that it actually tracks his runs accurately. Another great feature is the sleep tracker. He always has a hard time sleeping and now he can see when he has been restless and how many hours he actually slept. It's a great product for an active lifestyle..

I first had the Force, but returned it to the manufacturer after the recall. Loved the features, but not its durability. It only lasted six months. This version is an upgrade, same features but they added the caller id, and made it water resistant. It tracks my steps accurately and the battery life is over one week, which seems longer than the Force.

It does everything I want it to do from steps to sleep amounts

This product has done what I wanted it to do by keeping me motivated in getting my goals for the day...The only thing that I have had a little bit of a problem with is if I hit it on something sometimes it just pops off of my wrist. I haven't had a problem syncing it with my phone at all.

I don't use everything yet, such as tracking calories or glasses of water, but have enjoyed keeping track of my steps and sleep. Some kinks when it might not sync to my phone or computer, but I am learning to solve those problems. Big plus is that they have live support you can talk to!
